Guesthouse Refshalegården

Enjoy a cozy vacation in the countryside – in a UNESCO biosphere reserve, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and surrounded by nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish-Japanese couple, two dogs, two cats, sheep, running ducks, and chickens. We care about ecology and sustainability, and love growing our own vegetables and herbs in the garden. "Farm to table" Breakfast (Japanese or Danish) can be ordered no later than 4 PM the day before. Breakfast is not included in the price and is paid on-site with either MobilePay or cash.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.

Helle and Henrik live at Stihøj. The farm is Henrik's family farm and is beautifully located overlooking Noret. Here, you can look up to the sky and see the Dark Sky. If you and your family need a break from the busy everyday life, Stihøj can help provide peace and quiet. We have 2 lovely rooms and a kitchen/living room with necessary kitchen utensils. We can also offer breakfast (DKK 85) and possibly a self-made packed lunch (DKK 40) to take on a trip. We are excited to welcome you to Møn.

Beautiful cottage in the countryside - close to the most beautiful beach

With the most beautiful view of the fields and all the way to the Baltic Sea, your stay here in our quiet cottage will make you completely relaxed! The detached cottage is located in a small village on Vestmøn, very close (about 10-15 min. walk) to the most beautiful sandy beach. Bicycles (cottage bikes) are available for free. Here you will enjoy the silence and the beautiful nature that Møn offers, in full. The cottage is a detached house next to our large cottage (a former historic house).

There is a smaller kitchen with an electric cooker and a 1-burner mini stove. It is possible to set up a travel cot if there is 1 child traveling with you.
