There is plenty of space here, many outdoor areas to enjoy with outdoor furniture, sandpit, swings, playhouse and your very own football pitch with artificial grass! Here, the sun shines all day!Plenty of space inside and outside. The house has five bedrooms, all with beds for at least two people. Fully equipped kitchen. 250 meters to the bus that takes you to Oslo in 25 minutes. Short distance to beaches, Brønnøya, Kalvøya, Sandvika and Oslo.

Relax with the whole family in this cozy cabin with great views of the Oslo Fjord. A path leads down to a small beach 70 m from the cabin. There are also nice places where you can fish. The large two-level terrace is well furnished with a corner sofa, dining area and barbecue. At the highest level is a private seating area under a pavilion. The space Nærsnes is a cozy place 35 minutes from Oslo by car. Bus 250 takes 1 hour. Small shop 600 m away. Rortunet at Slemmestad is 10 minutes away by car.

There is free safe parking by the house. Close by are: grocery store, restaurants, shops, boat museum & beautiful shore paths.

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.

Only 50 minutes from Oslo, this spacious house is located in a wonderful, quiet, sunny, seaside location. Most rooms offer panoramic views of the fjord. The house has a modern dark interior, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room that connects with sliding glass doors to a large veranda, facing west and overlooking the sea. Parking in the front yard. Charger for electric car is available for a fee.
