The large two-level terrace is well furnished with a corner sofa, dining area and barbecue. At the highest level is a private seating area under a pavilion. The space Nærsnes is a cozy place 35 minutes from Oslo by car. Bus 250 takes 1 hour. Small shop 600 m away. Rortunet at Slemmestad is 10 minutes away by car.

A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will get to Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within 1h reach. Boligen har en unik beliggenhet bare få meter fra Oslofjorden og bademuligheter. Det er kort veg til Oscarsborg fergeleie - Sundbrygga, Badeparken og Drøbak sentrum. Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Huset har fem soverom, alle med sengeplass til minimum to personer. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken. 250meter til bussen som tar deg til Oslo på 25 minutter. Kort vei til badestrender, Sandvika og Oslo. Huset har en seperat hybelleilighet.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
