Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to shop and bus. The bus goes about every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2 km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Nice hiking terrain . Exploring oneself and nature 💚

The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Risør city center about 7 min walking time. Swimming area about 10 min walking time. There is toilet and called water only. (No shower in apartment, but Outdoor shower is available.) (3 beds and the possibility that another one sleeps on the sofa.) Bed linen is not included.

Dette er et koselig hus som er akkurat stort nok til å skape unike minner fra sommer, sjø, skjærgård og Sørland. Huset ligger i en liten hage i et lite, kystnært klyngetun på Gjeving mellom Risør og Tvedestrand, med Lyngør og Raet nasjonalpark en kort båttur unna. "Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
