Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. If you want to combine with the city life in Gothenburg, you can drive there in 15 minutes. Even closer to large shopping centers. Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
