Large attractive and pleasant 1½-story villa near the sea in the middle of Hovås. Just over 1 km walk to the sea with several swimming areas. About 10 km from central Gothenburg. Quiet location as the last house on a cul-de-sac without any traffic. Room for several cars on the garage driveway. Child-friendly garden with large areas fenced by hedges. Terrace with lounge group and dining area that has a sunny position most of the day. Express buses from Hovås Nedre (6 minutes) with several departures per hour to central Gothenburg (20 minutes).

The house is directly adjacent to a cozy and child-friendly swimming cove with docks and a sandy beach. Start the day with a morning swim. Have breakfast in the garden. Enjoy the sea view and the birds chirping. Maybe a ride in the kayak. And end the day in the hot tub after a barbecue on the balcony. If you want to combine with the city life in Gothenburg, you can drive there in 15 minutes. Even closer to large shopping centers. Here you can experience Gothenburg's unique archipelago while having access to Gothenburg's other offerings.

Welcome to our newly built attic house in Askim! Here you live in a Scandinavian and well-planned accommodation of 30 sqm – perfect for those who want to be close to both the sea, the forest and the center of Gothenburg. You have the bike path right outside the door, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach and the archipelago. If you want to go into town, the express bus goes there in 15 minutes, or you can take the car in 10 minutes. Free parking on site. The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Big house with pool, jacuzzi, close to the sea

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Swedens most beautiful bicycle path along the coastline offers great views and connection to central Gothenburg (12 km) and to several beaches. Explore the beautiful coastal natural reserve of Amundön-island close by. The old cottage is newly renovated and equipped with a modern kitchen.

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cozy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is stunning. On the balcony is the spa area with spa bath, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with zip line, swing, climbing ropes, etc. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream parlor.
