Very friendly and fluid communication with Glenn, always available. Very well-equipped accommodation with an incredible view of the fjord. Glenn provided us with a canoe. A great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the apartment is for two people. It is also right on the water, and has wonderful views out of all the windows. It is private and peaceful, you have the entire building to yourself, since there is a garage underneath. The property is shared with another house, but you feel completely separate because you never see each other. The apartment was so clean and well done. We had everything we needed, and just a great stay overall. There is also a really nice hike nearby to the top of the mountain. It takes about 2.5 hours round trip! We hope to return in the future.

Really comfortable and well cleaned appartement. Lisamarie was really nice and responsive, there were some snacks, and everything was perfectly organised. I would really recommend this place.

very good place to stay close to Bergen !

The house was well located, in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bergen and had a stunning view over the fjord. It was also very well equipped, with all the accessories we needed. Overall we had a great stay at Arne's house

Delightful family home located in a quiet part of Askoy. Location worked very well for us. House was very well presented. A family home with a few wrinkles but very well prepared for us with plenty of space for a family of 5. Many facilities nearby and very easy to go for walks on the hill above the house. Thanks for making us welcome.

Sandra was the kindest nicest and most attentive host. Great communication and really responsive to all our questions. The place is just a dream. So comfortable and cozy. A real gem! 5 stars all round!

Our stay at Joakim's went perfectly! The house is very clean and very spacious. The terrace is a real plus the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It is very nice and easy to cook in this house. We would highly recommend this host. 😉

our family is so happy with our decision to stay at her place instead of a hotel. the home is gorgeous and has nice facilities needed for a proper holiday like a bathtub and an outdoor tub facing to the hills. christine is a very generous and responsive host as well, making the check in and our trip comfortable :)

The house is very beautiful, modern, at a distance of 20 minutes by car from Bergen. It is spacious, clean, fully equipped, with a large heated and covered terrace and a lot of greenery. The host is very friendly and helpful. In addition, animal lovers will have the company of a gorgeous kitty, Tiki.

Nice apartment, very new and well equipped. Seven minutes to the bus which connects directly to the Bergen ferry (preferable) or Bergen bus. Would always come back.

What a fantastic host and what a lovely place in the middle of the ocean gap. The surroundings were absolutely lovely and Signy and her husband were super friendly and helpful. Reccommended highly. 10/10.

Great option for budget travelers who are looking for a comfortable and affordable option. It’s about 30 minutes from Bergen, and is someone’s personal home. It has one bedroom with a full bed and then a couch that makes out to what looks like a queen or king. You have to clean the apartment at the end and wash any used towels and sheets but we usually do that anyway so that was no problem for us. Great place right by the water. Parking was free.
