Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Asnières-sur-Seine

Alain was the perfect host. Very communicative even before the trip had been booked. The property was in the perfect location. Within 5-10 minutes of walking to the station, and the area or Paris felt very safe and clean. Access to the property was protected by an electronic gates for extra level of security. Alain, provided us with a wonderful welcome and made us feel very welcome overall. If there was one downside, it was not due to the property, but the time of year. If you are coming to Paris in the summer, note that it has been getting hotter and many places including transit do not have AC.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

We were very happy Roland and Sophie were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The detached house is well organized and clean located in a nice quiet area. The location is great for getting to the center of Paris by subway. We highly recommend it.

I liked Meriem's ​​accommodation, it's quite cozy, there's an elevator, a good shower, and absolutely all the amenities in the kitchen. The only thing is that during heavy rain the window leaked and when we returned the floor was wet

We loved staying at Caroline's! A very nice apartment decorated with taste, clean, pleasant to live in. In addition, quiet and at the same time very well located next to Asnières train station. Ideal for tourism! We were with our two children and everything went well! Caroline is available and accommodating, we were able to take possession of the accommodation a little earlier for our children's nap.

Nice apartment with everything you need. Metro is a 20 minute walk. There is a small park nearby for walking with children. The store is a 7-minute walk away. Coffee and tea, some products available. Nice set of dishes. In the next house there is a nice pastry shop with a large selection.

Perfect flat and location!

The apartment just feels like our second home. It was such a good choice to stay. Even better that the apartment is away of city center, only 20 min by train and you are filling in a peaceful spot. Only one aware that trains stop to go around a midnight, so if you will return later you should pick up a taxi Many many thanks Nathalie! It was a wonderful experience

Great location for attending the 2024 Olympic events. Only 50 yards from the metro one way and another 50 yards the other direction to a major super market. I liked the triple security (2 doors and a security guard).
