Holiday rentals with a patio in Asnières-sur-Seine

Emma's place is exactly as shown in the photos: simple, Q quiet, charming, with a lovely outdoor patio. The very beautiful Parc Montsouris is steps away. There are two cafes within a short walk for an easy meal or coffee. The train is around the corner for a 15 minute ride to Notre Dame. We had a very easy and comfortable stay.

The only small downside is the nuisance (traffic calming down very clearly during the night)... we were also there during the final, so a little more lively and longer, but it remains a detail. Bakery just downstairs from the building, shopping mall in front of the building. The best part is the private covered parking.

Perfect for an affordable, cozy place to sleep. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable, and the privacy is great. The mini kitchen and laundry machines were very much appreciated, especially at this price point. Perfect for tourists as it's a 3 min walk from the RER train station. Light sleepers might not like the sounds of the traffic in the early morning, but it's that spot that makes this place so convenient. Outside of rush hour, it's a calm and pretty neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are a 2-3 min walk. Plane spotters will also appreciate this place as there's a great view of the air traffic around noon.

Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
