Apartment on the Helnæs peninsula

Here, the soul can rest. Our guest apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, where we have lived for 25 years. It's the living room of a small abandoned farm. We have converted the largest part of the attic into a guest apartment with 2 flexible rooms, which can be used both as a living room and/or bedroom. To the north, there is a fantastic view of our nearest neighbor, Helnæs Made, one of Denmark's bird paradises, and to the west, there is a view of the Little Belt (3 km). When the weather is clear, you can see Jutland on the horizon.

Relax on one of the house's terraces or the balcony with a unique panoramic view of Kattegat. The house invites you to enjoy, walk along the beach, relax in the sauna, hot tub or in front of the fireplace with a good book or a glass of wine. Both summer and winter, the sea is inviting to swim in, with only 250 meters to the water's edge. The beach park offers many different outdoor activities and is centrally located on Funen. With shorter driving trips, exciting attractions can be reached on both Funen and Jutland.

Ølsted is a unique village without street lights with a clear view of the starry sky. Ølsted is also on the Margueritruten and is the perfect cycling holiday destination. It is only a 15-minute drive to Faaborg with Svanninge hills, mountains, bike paths and beach - close to Egeskov Castle. Alt i køkkenudstyr og opvaskemaskine. 2 terrasser, Der er en 2-kajak til rådighed. Cykler er også til rådighed.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

In the heart of Odense you will find our 120 year old masonry villa. On the top floor there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.

Quietly located on the outskirts of a residential area and within walking distance of Middelfart, Kongebro, Dyrehaven and Bridgewalking. It is a one-room residence with a double bed and a large loft with room for several people, as well as a small sofa, which can also serve as a single bed. There is an entrance hall and a small bathroom. The home is approximately 49 m2.
