Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.
