The house that is newly renovated and modernly decorated is located about 25 minutes from Astrid Lindgrens Vimmerby and about 50 minutes from Västervik and the Småland archipelago. It offers all amenities and from the garden leads a path to the magical forest, a place for children and adults, for play and contemplation. Boat in its own small lake is included and child-friendly swimming area can be reached in 10 minutes.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

The house has 4 good beds, a fireplace, and a glazed veranda. Bathing dock just outside. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to experience a natural accommodation by a lake in Småland!

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Access to own dock and rowing boat by the Baltic Sea. See forest and lake from the kitchen windows. The cheese coast trail passes outside. To get here, you need a car. Parking for several cars. Our water in the well is our own well, so the taste can vary if it is dry or wet in the hill. I närheten finns Vimmerby, 4,5 mil, där Astrid Lindgrens värld är ett populärt resmål. Närmaste badplats finns ca 6 km bort. Det finns möjlighet att hyra sängkläder 100 kr/ säng och handdukar 50 kr/ handduksset. Hyresgästen städer själv vid utcheckning. Tjänsten går att köpa för 1000 kr.

Fully equipped summerhouse with a fantastic location in the peninsula north of Oskarshamn. It is located on an "island" in the archipelago north-east of Oskarshamn, ~ 20 min by car. The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea.

Utsikten mot sjön skapar förutsättningar för härliga naturupplevelser - året om! Vintertid värmer härliga brasor och på sommaren svalkar sjön! Med kanot (hyr av värden) kan du uppleva Kalmar Läns största sjö endast med paddeltagens ljud som hörs och få möjligheten att se fridlysta djur, alltifrån havsörn till utter.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
