Tout était parfait, l’appartement est spacieux et décoré avec goût, il y a tout le nécessaire et même des petits gâteaux et bonbons de bienvenue. Il est très bien situé dans une rue jolie et agréable. Barbara a été très flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ et très réactive à chaque question. Nous recommandons cet hébergement à Cagliari!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ensoleillé dans un cadre charmant alliant ancien et commodités moderne. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter toute la ville historique à pieds. Les restaurants autour sont agréables. Nous conseillons aux voyageurs le parking Roma sur le port qui est à 2 minutes à pieds de l’appartement. Merci à nos hôtes pour leurs conseils de recommandations qui ont enrichi notre voyage dans cette très belle région. Nous avons hâte de revenir ! 🦩🇮🇹☀️

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

Siamo stati solo una notte e siamo stati bene. La casa è pulita e c'è tutto ciò che occorre. Posizione comoda e host gentilissimo.

Everything you need is there. Fully equipped appartment. Private parking! Privacy on the terrace. Supermarkt, Restaurant's etc... all within 5 min. Perfect stay to explore the south. Communication with host was very good. Recommended

Miejsce noclegowe u Costanzy było wyśmienite. Bardzo ładny pokój, urządzony stylowo. Było czysto, schludnie i estetycznie w środku. Wszystko wyglądało jak nowe. Świetna okolica, najlepsze położenie w mieście. Spokojna uliczka, zaraz obok zamku. Tuż obok pyszna restauracja z najlepszym jedzeniem, która była też poleceniem od Costanzy. Dodatkowo, do centrum miasta schodziło się w 5 min. Najlepsza okolica i nocleg, a gospodarz bardzo pomocna. Serdecznie polecam także rekomendacje od Costanzy w sprawie miejsc z jedzeniem, były super!

What a wonderful treasure-trove of a fun-house this was! It felt like staying overnight in an art museum, or an avant garde version of Versailles. Such a cool, unique stay, close to the nuraghe of Sardinia. Nicola was a great host— very responsive. A bottle of wine and breakfast treats welcomed us. Highly recommended!

Das Apartment war schön eingerichtet und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro war freundlich und unkompliziert. Er hat uns Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Enrico's apartment. We cannot say enough great things about how kind, helpful, and proactive they were in ensuring our stay was wonderful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding area was walkable with cafes, restaurants and key sites located nearby. Even with that said it provided a quiet oasis being just off some of the main streets and piazzas. They even provided separate towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our beach visits. Everything was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough to recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful time in Cagliari. Alessandro’s place was perfect for 2, charming furniture, peaceful, great air conditioning. He responded quickly to messages, helping us find a supermarket locally. We found several gorgeous restaurants, all within walking distance. Excellent all around, highly recommended. la ubicación es fantástica enfrente para el autobús de la linea 10 que te deja en dos paradas en los puntos de interés , a quince minutos andando de la estación de tren lo único que heche en falta fue un microondas pero no es imprescindible , mucho mejor que las fotos y Francesco es muy amable y te da muy buenos consejos

Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento è molto ampio e bello, eravamo in quattro e ognuno ha proprio avere la sua stanza. I bagni sono due, entrambi dotati di doccia. L'appartamento è in zona abbastanza centrale e vicino c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente la macchina. È dotato di tutto (asciugamani, phon, persino ombrellone da spiaggia). Rita è molto disponibile e ci ha anche dato molte informazioni utili per visitare Cagliari. Consigliatissimo

L'appartamento di Francesca è molto luminoso, pulito e dotato di ogni attrezzatura. Ci siamo stati d'inverno e si è rivelato caldo e confortevole nonostante le basse temperature eterne. Si trova in posizione comoda, non distante a zone dove è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder. Alles war wie beschrieben, die Aussicht war traumhaft und man konnte in der Umgebung viel unternehmen. Vielen Dank für die nette und zuvorkommende Korrespondenz 😊

une merveille, petit nid douillet, petit déjeuner ou repas avec vue exceptionnelle, excellents échanges avec simonetta. situation idéale pour plages magnifiques, Cagliari, ballades, tout quoi. on a passé un merveilleux séjour chez simonetta. nous recommandons absolument absolument.

A perfect stay. Alessandro was an excellent host, meeting us at both check-in and check-out, offering to help with luggage and even lovingly preparing a welcome snack of fruits and meats, and stocking the cupboards with essentials. The apartment was amazing - roller black out blinds for the kids, pristine swimming pool and sun deck, all the amenities, aircon, and even a BBQ which we used twice. Everything was thought through and well catered for. Location-wise, it suited us perfectly - never a problem with noise, parking, a park 5 minutes away, a small shop 1 minute away, and just a 5-10 minute walk into town. As for Pula and South Sardinia itself - perfect; incredible beaches, great food and friendly locals.

Das war die schönste Unterkunft, die wir auf Sardinien gebucht haben! Zwar etwas teurer, aber absolut sein Geld wert. Ein bezauberndes Anwesen, mit einem schicken Pool, tollen Apartments mit einer grandiosen Aussicht. Da wir ein kleines Kind (1 Jahr) haben, hatte ich vorab gefragt, ob ein früherer Check-in und ein späterer Check-out aufgrund des Mittagsschlafs möglich sind. Beides war absolut kein Problem, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren! Auch ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl haben wir kostenlos! bereitgestellt bekommen. Gianfranco hat uns mit frischen, leckeren Erdbeeren in Empfang genommen und war super herzlich, genauso wie seine Angestellten. Ich kann ergo die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen, wären gerne noch länger geblieben! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Marcantonio. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, neu, schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool war wunderschön, alles ist perfekt für Familien eingerichtet. Marcantonio war sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Er hat selber Kinder und ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Gegend ist traumhaft, viele Strände sind innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch die Hügel und Weinberge waren ein Traum. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

l'alloggio di Veronica si distingue per la quantità e la qualità della dotazione in generale, cucina, biancheria, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve. la lavastoviglie è un plus, molto gradito. il patio è perfetto per chi ama vivere all'aperto, le tendine sottili per la privacy sono perfette. il tendone che copre il cortiletto tiene fuori un po di calore. la posizione in altura rende difficile andare al mare a piedi se non si ha una buona gamba ma porta spesso una gradevole brezza, impagabile. la vista sulla laguna è splendida, il parcheggio, praticamente davanti a casa, spesso all'ombra di un pino. che dire poi della zona, strepitosa per le spiagge bianche e una vegetazione ricca e selvaggia. spero davvero di poter tornare!

Stayed for 3 nights in Mauro's apartment. It is very nice and well equipped, perfect for a couple getaway. And the balcony has such a stunning view, in the end you don't feel like leaving. The area is quiet, with easy access to beautiful beaches. Be sure to try the pizzaria 906, the pizzas are great and the view is one that you won't forget.
