Holiday rentals with a patio in Assemini

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

Luca is a great host, he is easy to reach and always helpful and approachable. The apartment is in a great location, clean and lovingly decorated. The highlight is of course the roof terrace 😊 We had a perfect week there.

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

The apartment is furnished with a lot of love, very clean and well equipped – from the kitchen to the living comfort, everything you need is there. We particularly appreciated the proximity to the beautiful beaches in the area. Communication with the host was consistently friendly, helpful and fast. If you are looking for a stylish, well-equipped accommodation near the beach, you will feel completely at home here.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. The breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich, is also particularly noteworthy. We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at Casa Masina. The host’s instructions were easy to follow, and the accommodation itself was spotless and quiet. Anna was always quick to respond and very friendly. We would be happy to stay at the property again next time we are in the area and cannot recommend this property highly enough.

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! We had an exceptionally beautiful vacation. The location of the apartment is first class. Located directly on the beach. Just a few stairs down. The beach is really beautiful and not very crowded. The view from the terrace is something special. The apartment was perfectly equipped. We really didn't miss anything. The facility is very new and high-quality and the bedrooms are also very nicely designed. You can sleep wonderfully, the bedroom can be completely darkened. The pictures reflect the condition of the apartment one to one. But what we would like to highlight in particular is Stefano, the co-host. He was always there when you needed something and always checked in to see if anything was missing. He even offered to let us charge our e-car privately at his house and to drive us there. We've never had such a good host in a vacation apartment. Thank you very much Stefano! It was really very nice.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. Fabio's place right next to the beach was an amazing place to spend our vacation. We enjoyed the views at breakfast and the sunset walk at the beach in front of the door. The kitchen was super well equipped. Fabio was a great host and super easy to reach and helpful. We can highly recommend this quite and peaceful beachside apartment.

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

This was the most beautiful accommodation we booked in Sardinia! A little more expensive, but absolutely worth the money. A charming property, with a chic pool, great apartments with a magnificent view. Since we have a small child (1 year), I had asked in advance if an earlier check-in and a later check-out are possible due to the nap. Both were absolutely no problem, which we were very grateful for! We also have a baby bed and a high chair provided free of charge! Gianfranco welcomed us with fresh, delicious strawberries and was super warm, as were his employees. I can therefore highly recommend the accommodation, would have liked to stay longer! The accommodation is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a few days. It is very charmingly furnished and offers a unique view! Communication was easy and straightforward via Airbnb. Upon our arrival, Gian Marco was already waiting for us and showed us everything. He couldn't speak English, but with Google Translate and a few hand signals, we were still able to communicate. However, when loading/unloading luggage, it should be noted that you cannot park directly in front of the accommodation, but you can park briefly (access road very steep and narrow) and the stairs up to the apartment are also quite narrow. Nevertheless, definitely recommended!

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are new, the equipment is very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting that we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoy the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes' walk, which was still fantastically deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and dining were also easy on foot. Valentina and Eva's numerous restaurant tips were very helpful. We tried various kinds of them every day. All great! The accessibility of Valentina was very good, and the contact uncomplicated and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Great apartment with everything you need and easy walking distance to bus and restaurants. Daniela is an incredibly great host who always responded quickly to all messages and provided very clear answers to everything we wondered. Highly recommend this apartment and would like to stay here again if I come back!

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available for us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both during the day and at night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the area. Thank you for everything!

Cozy loft, Paola is super helpful and very attentive, I highly recommend it because it is close to all the beaches in the area, comfortable bed, super terrace, Super recommended. Easy check-in, keys in the parking box right under the house, it's true it's June but I've always found a place easily. In the kitchen, there was everything: oil, salt, vinegar, paper towels, toilet paper, and towels. Congratulations to Paola
