Our house is located in the village of a small town, about 5 minutes from the beaches and salt marshes. We offer a semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms and a garden. Public parking nearby in the parking lot of the church. You will find less than 100 m away: the A grocery store (with the products of our local producers), bakery, bar/tobacco, pizzeria, pharmacy/doctors, hairdressers, children's park Things to do: Hiking, beaches, kitsurfing, bays, salt marshes...

The salt marshes, the medieval city of Guérande, Pornichet, La Baule 25 km away, Le Croisic with its aquarium, La Turballe with its fishing port.

The Villa de Terre et Mer accommodates 8-10 people, This house full of character is located 800 m from the beach, a 10-minute walk. It has a secure, private saltwater pool (available from May to the end of September) and an indoor 5-seater HOT TUB (available from October to the end of April). The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms, a mezzanine, a large living room with equipped kitchen, living room. The villa has a fenced garden, and all the garden furniture.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
