Excellent location, the M7, M1 and M0 motorways are available in no time. Free parking in the garden for 2 cars. Transportation is easily accessible, Móricz Zsigmond körtér(metro line 4) is 10 minutes, Deák Square is 25 minutes away. Grocery store, breakfast, lunch barbecue terrace is 1 minute away, which is open from morning until late afternoon except Sunday.

Very well located apartment house in the quiet garden city of Budapest. 3 rooms with 4 adult beds and an extra bed for 2 children or adults Well-equipped kitchen. In the yard, there is a garden swing for relaxing, as well as a garden grill. Our neighbor is sports facility with a swimming pool, a gym, etc. Liszt Ferenc International Airport is 7 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus. The city center can be reached by public transport within a maximum of 25 minutes. The bus also runs at night.

Enjoy the fresh air and relax

Relax all around the year! If you are not here for the busy and overcrowded downtown feeling, look further no more. I grew up here and would like to share my life as it was: happy family moments shared with friends. This place is perfect to spend couple of days to weeks for family reunion in a calm and relaxed surroundings. The area is cut by a massive forest from the center so the air quality is perfect, you will be disturbed by birds and squirrels most likely:)
