Very good value for money. The accommodation has all the necessary functional amenities. The house is very cozy and the location superb. Morning views of the peñas give incredible peace. The area has many possibilities of plans of all kinds of plans of nature.

Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet environment, much better than the photos reflected. It had all the necessities in addition to being spacious and very spacious for 9 guests. Highlight cleanliness throughout the entire house. Eva took care of us from the first moment with the utmost kindness and explaining everything we needed. Definitely highly recommended for the accommodation and by Las Caldas. We went for dinner at El Recreo de las Caldas, restaurant very close, another place to go. Maximum house and host score.

Noemi's place is a cut above the rest. The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high standard. The main entrance alone is quite grand and ornate and the apartment is an extension of that same artistic finish. It has all the amenities one would need and is in the heart of Oviedo. They can search their website and check That said, the house is very nice. It is located in the middle of nature and only 20 minutes from Cangas de Narcea. It is very spacious and comfortable, with capacity for 20-22 people in bedrooms. The main kitchen at the top is beautiful and illuminated in the mornings, and it is very practical to have two large group kitchens. Special mention to the owner, who has been exceptionally friendly and attentive at all times. He worries that everything is perfect and that the stay is as pleasant as possible.

We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was lovely, just next to the harbour. We enjoyed the afternoon/evening sunshine on the patio. The local beach was absolutely great and we spent lots of time exploring, swimming and body boarding. Lots of nice restaurants and bakery’s. We would definitely come again. Our stay was very comfortable and Rafa was an excellent host. The house is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed it in the large garden and terrace it has. With everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a super quiet area and very well located, easy to park. We were in La Casina last year and have repeated again this year. The house is very nice, it has everything you need and the village is wonderful A pleasure to try again with Ainoha. We will definitely be back

Everything's perfect. The apartment is located at the entrance of Lastres, so from the entrance and balcony there are great views. Also, in front there are quite a few places to park. As for the house, it has everything you need to make the stay pleasant: equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, TV and table to get together to eat, play... Rooms with comfortable beds and full bathrooms. In addition, the balcony of the en-suite room is very nice. Highly recommended, without a doubt!

We lived for a month and are happy with everything) The windows overlook the sunny side, the apartment is cozy, like at home. At night it is quiet, comfortable to sleep in silence. Great location, Slavianka store is a 15-minute walk, and the sea is 16 minutes away. Angela is a very responsive, kind person, the house has a good atmosphere)

Loved our stay! We were just passing through Oviedo and this was so close to the train station. Grocery store, an playground, and restaurants within a block. Highly recommend! The main trendy area is about a ten min walk! Every morning around 5am there is a loud trash truck that picks up the trash so you just want a heavy sleeper to sleep on that side of the apt, it woke me up through my ear plugs lol but definitely not a deal breaker!

3-night break at this property. Jonathan agreed to rent it to us the day before and we thank him very much. The place is comfortable, functional and well tempered, it was warm outside and we were overwhelmed inside. We'll keep in mind the kindness of the host and his attention. the beauty of a still wild nature. cows in the wild! and hikes.... great unexpected discovery.

Beautiful apartment, very close to the old city centre

The apartment is very nice, totally renovated and as shown in the photos. It has an excellent location, in the center, which allows you to walk to all the areas of interest of the city. It is very quiet, no outside noise is heard and it has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. It has been recently remodeled with good taste and everything works perfectly. We recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Jesus’ apartment in Oviedo! Jesus was wonderful—he welcomed us warmly and shared valuable information about the town, making sure we had everything we needed for a great time. You can tell he truly cares about his guests' experience. Upon our arrival, Jesus even had some food for us, which made settling in much more comfortable. The apartment itself was excellent—well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location to explore the charming city of Oviedo. We highly recommend staying at Jesus’ apartment for anyone visiting Oviedo!

We were so comfortable. Esteban was very attentive and everything was super new, clean and tasteful. The bed is a 10, as is the location and the detail of having a breakfast and welcome feast, a luxury. We loved being here.

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment in Oviedo! The location was perfect—quiet during the week and just a short walk to great restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we needed. The apartment was bright, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, with beautiful lighting and plenty of room to spread out. It had all the amenities for daily life, and staying for 5 weeks was incredibly comfortable. Everything was very clean, and check-in was easy. The host was kind and accommodating, especially when our flight was severely delayed. There is some street noise on the weekends, but as long as the windows and doors are closed, it really isn’t an issue. We felt right at home here—highly recommend!

We loved our short stay in Vis, it’s a beautiful village up in the hills and close to many hikes and good local restaurants. Jenny was the perfect host - friendly, helpful and the breakfasts and dinner were excellent, full of fresh ingredients. Skip the border collie who kept an eye on us and joined us on the terrace was a bonus! We were sad to leave.

We had a great pleasant stay, in a very well located place in relation to the various sites to visit. Our hosts were always attentive and gave good advice. We were sad to leave them because we talked a lot together. Finally, thank you again for the breakfasts, very important for hiking! Thanks again.

Javier and Elena are wonderful hosts. Javier’s cooking is absolutely fantastic and his knowledge of the local area (including off the beaten path hikes and view points) made our trip really special and memorable, particularly when it was the start of the busier tourist season. Cannot recommend staying here enough, and having dinner at the restaurant as well.

We were very comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, the room was cool and spacious with everything you need to feel comfortable. The little bar downstairs, which is where you have breakfast, has very friendly staff and very tasty and plentiful food. The village is very nice, it has a family vacation vibe, or so it seemed to me. It's not in Llanes itself, but it's better for us. From there you can easily visit the whole area. We were able to park just below the accommodation, a few meters past the tracks, which is also super close. We really liked the village and the accommodation itself.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Jhousy’s bed and breakfast and it was so incredibly special. The location is simply awe inspiring and breathtaking, and the home itself is beautifully done and perfect for a romantic getaway. Better yet, the location was a perfect base camp for exploring the Picos De Europa national park. Since it was out of season, we did not get to enjoy the traditional service provided by the Bed and Breakfast, but Jhousy was incredibly thoughtful and provided us with plentiful breakfast and even a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Jhousy also even coordinated a return trip from the Ruta De Cares with an amazing 4x4 tour company that was one of the best tours we’ve ever taken. Everything about this place was perfect, and I can’t underscore enough how much I would love to come back to this place.
