The house meets all the requirements for living. Good location, several shops and a bar nearby. There is parking for a car.

This is my second stay here, and is one of my favourite places too! I love the pet visits and such beautiful views. I loved the birthday decorations too thank you Jackie!

I recently enjoyed seven blissful days at Owl Lodge. The Lodge is beautifully furnished, and so lovingly decorated. Laura is a wonderful host. I was welcomed with warmth, and throughout enjoyed that gracious hospitality. Breakfasts are excellent. And Laura is always available with whatever you may need, plus – – fresh fruit, biscuits, chocolates, fresh flowers. The beautiful garden has sweet nook in which to relax with a cuppa, read, among the flowering shrubs. Lodge, garden are in Astwood, a small, quiet village. Across is a lovely park. Just steps away, Medieval St Peter‘s Church; the Old Swan Pub (traditional, with excellent food); and many pleasant walking paths My stay, one of the best ever, was made even better by Laura and Stuart’s kind, thoughtful help with directions and suggestions for places to visit in the nearby countryside. Owl Lodge is truly charming. Thank you Laura and Stuart for such a pleasant and comfortable Springtime sojourn. I am looking forward to coming back.

went for a friends wedding so wanted to stay near by the venue - arrived late and easy to access, all was as described and very clean. slept like babies - very comfy and nice bed! thank you!
