Villa holiday rentals in Astypalea

Our stay was great at Villa Thea! The check-in via key box was super uncomplicated and the owner, Kylian, was easy to reach the whole time if we had any questions. The restaurant tips, for example, were great, thanks again! And the villa is simply a dream, with a fantastic view and well located for exploring the whole island. We were very satisfied! Our stay at Julie’s place was excellent she pick us up from the port and took us to the place she had filled the fridge with waters and other items she was very helpful. the area was walking distance to the beach and bars / restaurants. The veranda had an amazing view. 5 stars

We stayed with 9 People in Niki’s House, the space was great but the placement of the beds in the living room is not ideal but manageable. :) Niki was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the house and the Pool.

Just back to a wet UK after an extrememly relaxing stay Majestic is one of the best villas I've ever stayed in - everything was of a very high quality - comfortable beds, a great rainfall shower and kitchen with all the amenities you could want. The villa is very new but felt very homely The location was perfect, being only an easy 10-15 stroll to the restaurants, bars, supermarkets and beach yet it was completely private and peaceful. Lovely views from pool living areas and main bedroom of the bay. The team at Filoxenia , especially Vasilia, were always on hand and responded very quickly and professionally.

Very nice stay in Villa Oneiro with great sea views. In addition, the host was always available and super accommodating.

Large balcony and nice view with sunset everyday. Many beds that we all can have a good rest after the climb.

The house is wonderful, with attention to detail, clean. Every day it is cleaned and refreshed. It is the pool that is cared for. Everything is perfect, anything is answered. Privacy is 100%. It's a unique place. I want to go back!A hug

We stayed at this location with five people, and it worked out perfectly! Our time spent here was amazing and we plan to come again next year. I only have good things to say about the home and our experience. I highly recommend this for a small family.

Perfect Accommodation for a bigger group, (we were 5 adults, but could have been easily more). Nice big garden and terrace. AC in every room. And Tasos was even when problems arose, very quick to help and always reachable.
