We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb to celebrate a wedding in KC. Everything was in top notch condition and extremely clean. The host was helpful and checked in throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

Great apartment for 2 people to spend time in Downtown KC! The host Caleb was very responsive and had great check in instructions! Street car access is close and there is so much to do! Plenty of Uber and Lyft cars around if you need to go further out of the city. Place was nice and clean, and security staff were very helpful and friendly! Had a dead battery when we went to leave and security had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes! Thank you for that! Checking in is a simple process but can be confusing if you don’t read the instructions carefully! Building is a bit confusing when you first arrive but we had it down after a few times leaving and returning! If I had to find one bad with this place it would be the squeaky metal bed frame. While the mattress is comfortable, the bed frame needs to be tightened, and have some WD-40 treatment. 4.8 out of 5 for sure will be using again when visiting downtown KC again! Cheers

Clean, secure, safe, cozy. Cool area by the Library. The Streetcar (free) stops directly outside the building. This spot is not in the dead center of the restaurant districts, which just means it's a little quieter. You can get to the trendy parts of downtown with a 5-20-minute walk (or a 3-10-minute Streetcar ride). So, great location. The apartment is super clean. Everything works and looks nearly brand new. It's a well-kept space. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. No concerns about security. Parking is in a gated deck beside the apartment. The security guard on duty is incredibly helpful - don't hesitate to call them for help finding the parking (if needed) or a general overview of the building. The gym in the building is well-equipped with a variety of machines and weights. Saved me a drive to Planet Fitness. Savannah was quick to respond to any questions I had and communicated well. Bonus: The shower heads are great for people 3'-8' tall!

It was our second time staying at Robs place and enjoyed it just as much as the first. Such a cute little spot, clean and has everything you might need for a home-away-from-home stay! There’s an awesome new restaurant called Gizmos across the road - a must try, and a coffee shop on the corner. Groceries are also close by if needed. We enjoyed a run up to the lake, there’s a walkway all the way from the house, really awesome. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Smithville!

My friends and I loved staying here. We had stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday and the place was very cozy and clean. The furnishings were great, and our hosts were very receptive and friendly. They had even gotten a bonfire started in the fire pit for us so we could enjoy their lovely patio in the back yard. The location is safe and walkable, with a restaurant plaza within walking distance full of great options. For the price, location, and all of the amenities, this place is a gem to say at, and Brian and Kari were gracious hosts who made sure we stayed comfortable for the entire stay. Would highly recommend!

Ryan & Michelle host a very cozy spot with very beautiful surroundings & scenery. Their hardwork shows in both landscaping & cleanliness throughout the property and house. It was a pleasure to meet them both, very nice people! Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

Great spot close to walking trail and park! Very accessible to the surrounding area of Kansas City! Our son loved visiting the park in the morning! The space is very thoughtful and comfortable!

We enjoyed staying here. So relaxing, comfortable, clean, stocked with supplies and treats. Everything, including a comfortable bed, that we needed for a good stay. The patio was our favorite spot to listen to the distance trains and fun birds. (so close to get on freeways too)

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

We were traveling and just needed one night but it was a great place. We were immediately comfortable and our fur babies were too.

Stayed in town for a college visit and Kris’s home was very close to campus, cozy and comfortable beds!

The house truly felt like a home. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and all the little things were thought of. My kids enjoyed running in the spacious backyard and challenging each other with the board games provided. The property was very centrally located as advertised. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to all of the places we wanted to explore. I would highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again!

This was a great place. There’s actually four bedrooms upstairs, and a full bath. And they’re all very sizable. There’s a little kids room off of one of the bedrooms, with the TV, so could use that one. Downstairs has one room with a David, and the kitchen is huge. There’s a dining room, and really big living room with another TV. Whole house, reasonably priced.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party, and it was a 10/10 experience. The house was absolutely beautiful and so welcoming. Private, quiet, and peaceful. The hosts really have thought of everything to stock to make sure you have what you need. We really enjoyed the propane fire pit and all of the chairs/swings on the porches. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. I would highly recommend staying here!

A beautiful place! We came for graduation at University of Kansas. The home was just far enough outside Lawrence to relax and enjoy the quiet countryside yet enjoy all Lawrence had to offer. The lake was beautiful. Enjoyed our morning walks there. Also enjoyed a wine tasting at the vineyard on Sunday afternoon.

Had a wonderful girls trip in Lawrence. Loved how close it was to Mass street and the farmers market! We enjoyed the hot tub and drinks at night.

This is our highest recommendations if you want to be near all the action and restaurants but still very private and quiet! We were next door to the Saturday farmers market and at the doorstep of the fun annual Busker Festival (3 days) downtown and enjoyed experiencing both, but when we returned to our apartment not a sound could be heard. This property had everything we needed to feel at home, so our stay-at-home dinners were interspersed with great restaurant meals within easy walking distance. Ashley was always very responsive and the perfect host. All in all this was a great one week stay, and we definitely hope to return whenever we come back to Lawrence!

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

Host was super responsive, the location was very walkable (would be especially good for football games and graduation), and the price was affordable.

What a great place to stay! Within walking distance of all my Lawrence faves. The garage door-style window was amazing to have open in the evening and the weather was perfect for it. The mattress on the bed was really comfortable and the loft itself was fantastic. Can't wait to stay here again!
