Studio as described, not very large but functional and well-equipped. Please note that the stairs are steep and narrow. Very well located in relation to Vieux Lille, you can do everything on foot. Paid parking to be taken into account.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful neighborhood under renovation, everything is within walking distance, Grand'Place, shops, restaurants, it has everything! In addition, Elodie and Etienne are super responsive and always pleasant, really perfect. I would recommend it in a second. Thank you!

I came for a few days for a competition, and the accommodation was super nice! I had a very good week and I had the company of an unexpected visitor (small black and white cat hanging around in the yard) that I enjoyed a lot :) Flexible on hours and very responsive for advice, great hosts!

We loved staying at Cecile’s apartment. It was tastefully and artistically decorated with a lovely view of greenery looking out of the full length French doors leading to the courtyard. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to cook meals and the coffee machine was a perfect way to start the day! Cecile was extremely helpful and considerate. She answered my questions promptly right from the start. We hope to stay again when we revisit Brussels.

I’m really glad to found Nick’s appartment for previous week. It was much better, than we expected. The location is perfect, you can walk easily to center, you can reach anything with the great transportation opportunitites. There are several coffe shop,restaurant, shop etc in the surrounding. The apparment was really peaceful, you can feel peace, and feel like at home. 4 adult person can share it easily as well. To total plus was Nick’s mentaility, who is super-kind, and totally flexible host. We got proactively recommendations, and could have modified checkin/check out. Thank you for everything! If we come to the city again, we will choose this place again:).

Aimee is a great hostess, friendly and spontaneous. The residence is quietly located in a rural area. Great for relaxing after all the hustle and bustle. We were able to walk a lot and afterwards enjoy the cozy addresses at the local catering.

We had an amazing stay at this Rbnb. The house has extraordinary charm, very clean and well maintained. It's in a great location. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming making our experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality accommodation. ❤️A perfect romantic break ❤️ We spent an exceptional evening and night in this love room, ideal for a couple's getaway. Upon entering, the atmosphere is set: soft lighting, elegant and sensual decoration, everything is designed to create an intimate and warm atmosphere. The room was very clean, well-equipped (jacuzzi, light games, ceiling speakers with special attention to small details The jacuzzi was a real plus, very clean and perfectly functional, ideal for relaxing for two. The sound insulation is good, you really feel like you're in a cocoon, far from everyday stress. An excellent choice for a couple, romantic or simply to rekindle the flame. Very nice, quiet house with great garden and perfectly equipped kitchen. We felt immediately comfortable and were even greeted with a bottle of wine. Car is a must, but superbly located for exploring Belgium. The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and the steps very small - not for people with mobility.

Had a brilliant time here, beautiful house and garden. Swimming pool & hot tub were a great addition. Perfect break for the two of us and Frédéric was the perfect host. Would highly recommend!

We were looking for a house to spend a weekend with friends. We were all pleasantly surprised how this beautiful house is arranged. It's super fun how you can get lost in the house. There is also plenty to do in the house to spend your evenings here. The square of Mons is within walking distance, and you can be there in 5 minutes. Very pleasant and functional accommodation, close to Lille. No metro nearby but a bus connects the neighborhood directly to Lille Flandre station. Very friendly and responsive host.

Guy and his wife are very relaxed and nice people. We felt welcome immediately upon greeting. There is a railway line and a busy road nearby, but due to the location of the house you do not hear anything from it: it is a small oasis of peace. Supermarkets are within walking distance, and all the beauty of the region is within easy reach. We came home completely rested.

Very well located accommodation next to the large square, the central train station and parking lots. You can do anything on foot. Ali is welcoming, gives a good explanation about the accommodation and check-in. I recommend for a good visit to Brussels.
