Just a 1 mile walk from Sanford Stadium and Downtown Athens, we are ready to accommodate your stay in the Classic City. Stadium Village is a gated community that offers pool access, a gym, laundry facility, and free parking. The unit is on the first floor for easy access. This condo is 2BR/1BA that features 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee bar, bathroom amenities, and 3 smart TVs.

Located in a gated complex on Little Street, you can walk along the greenway to Sanford Stadium (only 1.1 miles) or walk to lovely downtown. The apartment has a two beds, a full bathroom, kitchen with all the essentials, and a patio. The complex includes a gym and laundry facility.
