Holiday rentals with beach access in Athens

We had a wonderful stay in Athens! The apartment was perfect for our group of three girlfriends—very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Kiki and her nephew were amazing—super communicative, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even allowed us to check out late, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens!

A really great location for us for two nights before we headed over to Aegina for a week. We were in striking distance of the beach and numerous bars and restaurants. The restaurants were really good value and excellent food. We even went to the sports bar just by the apartment which was really friendly. Great communication at all times and proactive with information on trains, buses and distances to certain areas and where to eat out. I don’t think you could get a better apartment for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!! We’re had to book last minute due to a poor stay at another Airbnb. Giannis provided an incredible stay that made us feel so comfortable and confident. The place has everything you need and is just a few minutes walk from the metro which was definitely worth it. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

This apartment is a fantastic find. It’s beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy aesthetic, and everything was impeccably clean upon arrival. The location is truly unbeatable. The host was wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and especially accommodating with personal requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that they care about the guest experience and go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. A couple of things to note: there is a construction site on the adjacent lot, and drilling usually starts around 8 a.m., which is disruptive. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom is positioned directly above the bed. Even when adjusting the fan, it it was hard to avoid the direct airflow, which made it quite cold during the night.

Excellent space, well cared for and beautifully managed by Vesna. Friendly, reliable and responsive, helping with early check in in a spacious flat that is well equipped. Recommended!

Absolutely beautiful place! My mom, sister and I stayed for one night and it was perfectly located near Piraeus port to travel to the islands (we needed to be there early AM and wanted to avoid traffic from city). We were in awe of the beautiful spaces and architecture. It was super clean and comfy. And has really nice hangout spots outside to admire the ocean view. Loved it and will be back again! My wife and I stayed at their beautiful home to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and what we experienced was nothing short of hospitality magic. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and pure positive energy. Mrs. Chara is not just a host—she’s a sunbeam in human form. Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

The accommodation was exactly what we expected, a clean and tidy apartment, a beautiful garden where we enjoyed our coffee, a quiet neighborhood. We had clear instructions via messages and easy access to the entrance. Thank you so much.

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a little welcome drink for us. The house had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

The apartment was close to the airport which was great for our early morning flight. The hosts were there to meet us and provide recommendations for dinner. We took the local bus to the beach in the afternoon and had excellent Souvlaki at the restaurant down the road from the apartment for dinner. Would recommend this apartment, if you need to be close to the airport to accommodate flight schedules.

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

A perfectly located apartment just a few minutes from a nice beach. Also close to 2 big supermarkets, restaurant, bakery and tram stop so very convenient! Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Hui was very helpful with everything and responded quickly. We even got to drop our bags at the apartment since we arrived early. Recommended!

We found the place easily. We received good instructions on how to get in the place but somehow the details of how to have the electricity work for us North Americans not use to have to use a key card for it to work was omitted. The owner rectified that error as soon as possible via texts. This was a one night stay for us but we did enjoy the space and the little cafe downstairs. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Kostas is a great host, friendly and helpful. We had a great time during our stay, an amazing apartment with a great view, and a big balcony for cosy mornings and late nights. Great cosy place, feels like home. In a great location, whether you have your car, there are places to park around, also if you are on foot, the Metro station is nearby to move around. The apartment was great it felt like home and you had it all. There is right next door for coffee and breakfast as well as anything else you need to cook. the place is close to all shops, restaurants,club 10 minutes walk. generally highly recommend

The place was very clean and exactly as described. I heard from friends that the area was a bit shady but I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurants and bars nearby. Customer service overall was very good all over Athens. The only downside I would say about the place was the mattress which felt a bit worn out especially on one side. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable place in a convenient location!

Antigoni was lovely, very kind, polite and responsive. The place was great, the view is breathtaking!
