I have to say that this is the most wonderful Airbnb stays we have had yet. Graciousness is the key word for Efi and her family, who greeted us at the door, gave a tour of the house, had the refrigerator and counter filled with welcome foods and drinks, even wine-- We toasted her and the family. The house is immaculate, and has tremendous "wow factor," enough to impress my teens! The home is comfortable, modern, cool, light, well-maintained, and again, Efi is a kind, welcoming and accomidating host. I cannot say enough good things about her, or her wonderful house. You cannot go wrong booking with her.

Nikos is an extremely kind, considerate host. You could tell that all guests were prepared. She was flexible and helped us with any questions/ requests we had right away. The accommodation has 3 terraces with super large sea views, the rooms are the right size, the kitchen is very well equipped, there are many bathrooms in it. We vacationed here as a family of 5, but for two more and it is very comfortable. You can also reach Athens, south corner of Attica and Nea Makri within an hour from the house. The elbow beach is also fine, but worth seeing the other nearby beaches and exploring. We recommend :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at Kostis’ Mediterranean-style villa in Nea Makri. The home and property were absolutely beautiful—charming, spacious, and surrounded by the natural beauty of the area. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. Kostis’ lovely mother greeted us with such warmth, which made the experience even more special. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or unwinding after a day of exploring, it truly felt like a home away from home. We were visiting for my son’s wedding at a nearby venue so lots of coming and goings. It was always nice to arrive back at the villa for some peaceful relaxation. The infinity pool and sea view were stunning. The villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated with well stocked kitchens (basics). The 10-minute walk down to the beach was completely doable and we loved our quiet little beach. Highly recommend for an extended family rental as it has tons of spaces for spreading out and quality amenities throughout.

The place is very warm, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped. The terrace offers a beautiful view, and the area is very peacful while still being close to a main road that provides easy access. I especially appreciated the mosquito screens on all the windows, such a thoughtful and practical detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. A big thank you to Vic for his help and for driving me at the beginning of my stay. And to top it all off, a little black and white cat came by from time to time, adding a sweet touch to the sejour. Thank you again for the warm welcome and this lovely stay!

We had such a lovely stay here, host went above and beyond to help us have a lovely time and answer any questions. Great for families with babies/kids with the cot, highchair, toys etc. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We were a party of 7 and had an incredible stay at Gina’s home. She and Vasileious were there to greet us and do a brief walk through of the house when we arrived. Everything was extremely well-thought out, the keyless entry, the passcodes, separate bath and beach towels, cold water, coffee, snacks and fruit - even the basic pharmacy, first aid cupboard!! The home was meticulously cleaned and had beautiful artwork that made us feel right at home. The outdoor spaces were well-manicured and offered both gathering space for the large group, and also small areas to enjoy alone! Gina and Vasilieous were kind, generous, thoughtful and informative! We HIGHLY recommend them as hosts and to stay in this beautiful home.

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. We are a family of 6 with Kids and Teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is breathtaking and we had a wonderful time… Theoni was soo nice. She took such good care of us, even went shopping some basics before we arrived. If I were the biggest critic I could not find a thing to nag about… Everything was simply perfect.. thank you again and we‘ll definitely come again… highly recommended!!!

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

The house is beautiful with a relaxing outdoor area and pool. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were fully stocked with anything you might need. Chara was a very welcoming host and made us feel right at home.

We had a great stay! The communication was friendly, fast, and informative, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the garden was well-maintained. The pool was a nice touch, too. With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, plus the sea just a short walk away, everything was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and we appreciated the easy access to bus for trips to the city. Highly recommend!

Luxurious apartments, where you feel at home! Very cozy and as comfortable as possible. The house has everything from oil, sugar, various coffee and spices, to shampoos and a first aid kit. Special thanks for the cold water and beer, and a full freezer of ice. Washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, dishes - everything is available for a comfortable stay. You can feel that the house is furnished with love. A huge swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the bay. It's great to relax with children - there are a lot of board games in the house, and there are a lot of interesting details in the interior But the best thing about this house is the owner! Surprisingly friendly and responsive. We got caught in a taxi drivers' strike and spent an hour trying to get home from Athens. They called the owner of the house, and he came to pick us up, driving 45 km back and forth. A perfect place for a family vacation! The owner of the house is a wonderful person who takes care of his guests. We will definitely return to this house again

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

Beautiful house and very very clean. My kids loved the pool so much and of course so did we. The host Ioanna was amazing and helped us with everything we needed.

Despina’s communication was second to none! By far the best host I have communicated with in air b and b. She replied super quick and was great at describing things perfectly. Which is very important when travelling to an area you don’t know. The villa itself was spectacular, and the view from the balcony is in my top three sea views of all time! Haha. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with me ❤️

This is a family owned real estate that immediately makes you feel at home. Hosts are very kind and proactive, house and terrace are clean, lots of green trees to walk. It’s not too close to the sea so renting a car is mandatory but if you do, it’s a perfect house for a relaxing vacation.

The villa was really wonderful for our holiday, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. It was spotless all rooms, convenient location with easy parking in a quiet area. The pool and outdoor space delighted the whole group!! The host helped us instantly with any questions we had!!
