King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Come and join us at The Architect's Cottage at the finest lake in all of Marietta. A place of peace. Enjoy being on a quiet lake that sits in all Marietta and Roswell have to offer. It is late Summer now headed into Fall, the most wonderful time of year. Truist Park is only 7 miles away and the Hawks and Falcons are a mere 30 minute Marta ride away.
