Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Atocha, Arganzuela

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Clean and spacious flat in an accessible but also quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The blackout shades in the bedroom allowed for very good sleep. 3 full bathrooms was excellent and convenient for 6 people. Strong AC for hot summer days.

Cristina is such a lovely person & host. Always responsive & helpful if I needed anything. Also have great recommendations on local restaurants. I would definitely return & recommend 🥰thank you Cristina que Dios te bendiga fue un placer conocerte.

Laura is a great host; she welcomes you personally, answers all your questions and is super easy to reach. The location is convenient for a large part of the center and is quiet. Some background noise from the buses and taxis in front of the door but we slept wonderfully. The decor is super luxurious and clean. The unfolding of the sofa bed for us because we wanted two separate sleeping places was no problem for Laura.

I was at Carlos' house with some friends and I can only say that it was a 15 out of 10. Carlos was always very attentive to us and our needs. The house was impeccable and with all the comforts that anyone could need, in addition, Carlos left us some welcome amenities which are to be thanked. As soon as we arrived, he also explained how to get around the neighborhood and left us a map with restaurants and places of interest. Undoubtedly, one of the best houses I have stayed in and that, we hope to repeat in the future :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

location 25 min from downtown. super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

Martin's apartment is amazing, comfortable and practical and super well located. There are also many nice little details that make you feel at home, many made by him! At a time when many Airbnbs are run by management companies, it's a great pleasure to feel that you're in the real home of a normal person, and as a host, Martin is unparalleled! He always responded quickly and was very kind to everyone. I loved the house and the experience and hope to return soon!

In summary, really excellent. Great location - the apartment is in a quiet street overlooking a pretty square but it’s close enough to everything we wanted to see. We walked to all the major sites/museums/bars/markets in Madrid. The apartment was both spotless and also homely (because it is a home not just a holiday rental). It is really spacious and had lots of little touches that made us smile. Everything worked and was easy to use. We loved it. Eyal was very helpful and even had a blog with recommendations of places to eat, shop etc. Would recommend wholeheartedly and intend to return.

Second time staying here and it is just as good as the first. Very central, but quiet sleeping area. Very attentive host and simple check-in and out.

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the energy at check-in was warm and welcoming — the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I especially loved the outdoor terrace — it’s such a relaxing and beautiful space to unwind. The entire experience felt seamless and thoughtfully put together. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay. It’s the perfect spot for a maximum of two people. Just perfect!

Location ideal. Walk to just about all areas in Madrid in a short time. Two subway stations nearby, if desired. The apartment has everything Gigi described. The terrace is very large, well-furnished, and faces west. Therefore, the sun shines on it from mid-late morning to the early evening. There is a large awning that unfold automatically for shade, if needed. In addition, if you look down, it is a very restaurant, store and pedestrian area, but the terrace is so high up that you can enjoy your time outside eating or reading with virtually no noise from below. Many people enjoy going to restaurants with rooftop dining and drinking. This terrance is comparable to those rooftop restaurants! Our host, Gigi, was simply amazing. She actually owns the apartment and cares for it as if she lives in it. She was incredibly responsive to all inquiries before and during our rental. On a scale of 10, I would score her 100--just superlative. Great hot water for showers, too

We had a great time! The apartment has everything, it was very clean and nothing was missing. It had everything you need for a long or short stay. The bed, very comfortable! The location is in a very good spot, close to the subway, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars... excellent! The roof terrace is great, we were able to enjoy the sunset with the cool breeze, a joy! Finally... I'd like to say that Alicia was super attentive at all times, very kind and provided us with everything we asked for right away. We'll be back, we have an excellent memory!!!

Alejandro was an excellent host, and the apartment was even better than the pictures.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos. It is very near Parque del Retiro and the Museo del Prado. It is also next to the train station Atocha. There is construction next to the apartment, but there is no noise at all. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

Our stay was the best, everything was very clean and close to the subway and Renfe. In addition, you have supermarkets, restaurants, etc. nearby Everything is just like in the photos, Jacinto was aware and answered the questions and also advised us on places we could visit, we were definitely very happy

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!
