Newly built house with 3 bedrooms with double beds in each room (180, 160 & 160 cm). Kitchen, living room and hall are in open plan. It offers all amenities with underfloor heating, tiled bathroom, kitchen island, dishwasher, induction stovetop, built-in oven and microwave/oven. The house has a large terrace with outdoor furniture (in spring, summer and autumn) and charcoal grill. The house is about 75 meters from Lake Skagern and close to swimming, fishing and a campsite with a kiosk, mini golf, boat and canoe rental. Boat ramp may be used for a fee.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a living room with TV, a bathroom. Parking for several cars directly at the villa. Possibility to rent kayaks. Sourdough bakery is 100 meters away.

Swimming, sailing, canoeing and paddleboarding. Within walking distance, you will find a café restaurant, supermarket and pastry shop. We are surrounded by the forest.
