You will have a recent habitat with all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, sofa bed, terrace and a mini pool. The bathroom features a large 140/90 shower and toilet. The bedroom has a 160/200 bed, a dresser and closet Parking inside in the garden with pool, all private and not overlooked.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.
