Nous louons un logement : une pièce principale de 14m2 comprend un lit avec un matelas récent (Février 2023), une grande armoire, un bureau et une cuisine avec four micro-onde grill, une bouilloire, une machine a café filtre, un grille pain et 2 plaques électriques. De la vaisselle, des poubelles sont disponibles. Une salle de bain de 4 m2 attenante comprend douche, WC, lavabo. Le tout se trouve au Rez de chaussée de notre habitation avec entrée indépendante et terrasse plein sud.

Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme".
