Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vendee

We had a great stay at Marion's, who spoiled us! The place is beautiful, 5 minutes walk from the Chabotterie, in a natural setting. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished, and above all equipped with all the necessary accessories (toothbrushes, coffee, towels, shampoo and soap etc. Better than in many hotels) Marion is absolutely adorable, in short, we will come back with great pleasure.

House even nicer than in the photos. Everything was comfortable, in very good condition and nothing was missing (little extra for bathroom, toilet, kitchen and cleaning products) throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Despite the proximity of Valerie's home, we felt at home, thanks to her discretion. The jacuzzi was really nice and well maintained.

Excellent short stay (2 nights). A superb farmhouse furnished with great taste, in the middle of nature where everything is designed for adults and children. Beautiful discovery.

The house is perfect, tastefully decorated, very well equipped and really impeccably clean (I'm a cleanliness maniac, so I can attest to that😁). We were very well received by Yolaine (concierge), the instructions were clear. The scorching temperatures of this month of June allowed us to enjoy the pool! The neighborhood is ultra quiet and for having toured the island by bike it is by far our favorite, ideally located between the port and Noirmoutier in the island for shops and entertainment. A small supermarket and a very nice restaurant are within a 5-minute walk. The nearby beach is also great. We'll be happy to go back😊!

We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure! For a mother-daughter reunion, we couldn't have found a better place! The apartment has a magnificent view and is very well located; the large beach is at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional as for Aurore and Angélique, thank you for your warm welcome and responsiveness.

Quiet neighborhood with convenient local shops. A big plus the garage. Accommodation a few steps from the embankment that leads us to the beaches as well as to other shops and the city center, not to mention the Île Penotte district. Not to mention a very friendly and available host. Delighted with our stay.

Excellent stay in this studio, you'll find everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Accommodation rented for a weekend for the Ironman of the Sands. Ideally located accommodation near the Place du Vendée Globe where the bike park is located. 15 min walk from the city center / swimming start. The apartment was very clean, the bedding comfortable etc... Close to the railway line but few passages = not annoying at all... A very convenient closed garage in the basement (only small vehicle). Finally, Irene is very kind and accommodating for arrival and departure times.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The place is peaceful and pleasant, right next to the restaurants and the sea where we were able to enjoy ourselves. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a great stay. Even in hot weather outside, the accommodation remains cool and we did not need air conditioning. We strongly recommend!
