The apartment is very well equipped, you feel at home, the building is 5 to 10 minutes from the supermarket and pharmacy, the apartment is very comfortable and large. Séverinne gives you enough information when you arrive. I absolutely recommend it.

We were able to enjoy this accommodation during our visit to the area to attend the start of the Vendée Globe. Françoise is an extremely friendly and welcoming person. She also made our check-in much easier (we had some time constraints). The apartment is very nice, comfortable and perfectly functional. We'll be happy to go back on a future trip to Vendée. I had a great stay at Le Petit Fabre in La Roche-sur-Yon. The apartment is comfortable, very well maintained, bright, sunny and above all very quiet — no noise from other apartments. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is very appreciable. A real plus: the parking space available is either just in front or in the backyard. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the hospital, which was perfect for me. A big thank you to Karen and Sébastien for their clear and precise information. The environment allows you to shop (small local shops just next door and opposite, 2 supermarkets less than 2 km away). You can park very easily in front of or in front of the apartment. The apartment corresponds in every way to the description and the photos. This is a spacious place, very clean and very bright. The furniture is in very good condition and harmonized for a quiet and serene atmosphere. It felt good there. This place has plenty of storage and the kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, utensils for cooking as well as appliances. Nothing has been left to chance and everything is designed for our comfort. Joris and Pauline are very responsive and respond very quickly to our questions. I would recommend this cozy little nest.

A refuge - a very nice apartment in a complex on the 5th floor directly on the beach. Exceptional view and wonderful to sleep to the wave music. A surprise!

The listing is as described. All amenities are quality. Denis welcomed us very warmly. He told us all the services the environment could provide us. The sea view, offered by the loggia, is enough to rest from the daily stress. I recommend it!

Great stay, perfect for enjoying the city and the film festival on foot. Everything is close by and the space is even bigger than the pictures suggest. The bed is super comfortable and the balcony is very nice. Very warm welcome by Richard's mom. We'll be back next year without hesitation!

A nice apartment within a 10 minute walk to the center of town or the beach

We had a perfect short stay in Christelle's apartment. The setting is beautiful, quiet and green, with a very beautiful view of the golf course from the terrace. The apartment is very nice, bright, clean and perfectly equipped, ideal for relaxing. Christelle was a welcoming and responsive host. We highly recommend this address and would not hesitate to return!

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was in line with (or even better than) what was described in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities and points of interest of the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. I recommend this apartment without hesitation, and I will not hesitate to return during a future stay in Les Sables.

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .

At the height of the service offered. The jacuzzi in its housing is the cherry, with sea view, it's pretty good!! A bottle of chilled sparkling wine was intended for us, nice. We felt good there. Right in the middle of the sands, at the foot of the beach. Comfortable bed. Quiet. What a positive thing!

This apartment has been tastefully designed. It has a lot of charm, is very practical and you feel really good there. The magic happened as soon as we walked through the door. We discovered the city and its surroundings, but the first project was to contract, rest and recharge. This apartment was the right place. The ocean view on both sides from morning to night was really enjoyable too. Thank you for the welcome, hospitality and small attentions. Looking forward to returning or discovering another of your cozy nests.
