Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. The concert hall "Haus Auensee" is a 15-minute walk away. In the other direction, you get on the tram 150 m away and are in the city center in 20 minutes without changing trains for various sights. Supermarket and restaurants can be found within 200 m.
