Bedroom with 1.8 x 2.00 m box-spring bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers. Living room with 2 additional loungers (each 0.90 x 2.00 m), table with 4 chairs, TV, closet with various games/books. I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

very cool place to stay, truly one of a kind. great location for boarding the trains and trams. it doesn’t get more convenient than this. there is no laundry in the unit as stated but it wasn’t a problem. however this might be good for somebody to know. this is a really special place - highly recommended. you won’t regret it

We spent one night in the apartment for a concert in the house on Lake Auensee. The location is within walking distance, which is why the location was perfect for us. For a short stay, the apartment is perfectly suited, the tram to the city center stops in the immediate vicinity and due to the quiet location and neighborhood, the balcony invites you to eat outside. :) Check-in was very well described and completely uncomplicated, the apartment clean and the equipment sufficient for a short stay.

An extraordinary apartment with a special flair. Bright apartment with many windows and great views. In addition, this Air BNB was equipped with many great details and nothing was missing, there was coffee and even fresh fruit. Sufficient equipment if you have forgotten something. Klaus ventilated again before our arrival so that after a hot day in Leipzig we came into a well-ventilated apartment. We liked the special atmosphere very much and hope that other visitors will also handle it carefully, because the apartment still has something original and is not a commercial cliché

We had a wonderful weekend in Leipzig with Nils-Julius. The apartment was absolutely top-notch – very clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. There was really nothing to fault. The contact with Nils-Julius was super friendly and uncomplicated, from check-in to departure everything went smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thanks for the great place to stay!
