Peaceful and spacious single-family home with 100 meters to fresh water and short distance to the sea with boat space. 20 minutes to Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. Double garage with large outdoor area. 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, sleeps about 9 people. Kitchen and laundry are available. Barbecue bu with fireplace with plenty of space. Comforters and pillows available, but tenant must bring their own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included, the tenant must do their own laundry. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available.

Modern and attractive apartment with nice sun conditions and a cozy outdoor area. Støle is located on a peninsula about 7 km from the city centre. Nice swimming opportunities at Støle brygge located close by. At the apartment you will find garden furniture in front where you can relax. Perfect if you wish to enjoy a coffee cup, read or spend time outside. The apartment is about 25 min away from Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret by car. Want to rent to quiet and proper people. Some work is being done in the area of pdd.

Very Unique accommodation place in the center of Lillesand🤎 in a modernly furnished brewery house in logs from 1830 🤎 furnished in a comfortable style. Private entrance with lockbox on the outside makes it easy to check in and out yourself. The accommodation has a large bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen wall, small dining table, lovely sofa beds 160cm and 90cm beds with springy mattress of the best quality. So here you really get the hotel feeling. Great for 3 people, in the bathroom there is also a 4 bed.

New log house with amazing views of the sea

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Lovely little Sørland apartment for rent!

The apartment is located in the middle of Kaldvell nature reserve which is an eldorado of hiking trails, swimming beaches and nature experiences. We have designed the apartment to be a perfect fit for a small family or 4 people. It has a large sunny terrace with its own gas grill so you can enjoy outdoor food on late south evenings. The apartment is located 100 meters from the sea and has child-friendly beaches just 5-10 min walk away:) The apartment is also only 20 - 25 minutes from the zoo.

The apartment is a part of the 1floor of existing residential house with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate secluded outdoor space with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and is suitable for 2 children, for example. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

We stayed in a cozy apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of the picturesque village of Lillesand, so the shop or harbor could just be done on foot. The apartment had everything you needed for a short stay.

Great place to stay. Amazing that Mathias provides this house for rent. Modern, beautiful, Nordic furnishings. Even living in the house is an experience. ( Fantastic!) Mathias now has a new sofa in the living room. A new floor in the bathroom and new shower! So even better than the photos. The veranda is some of the best we've ever seen in Norway. Beautiful old pine trees that still crown the view. Several great seating groups overlooking the sea and lighthouse. Recommend! Very nicely done. Thanks Matthias.

We requested the stay at very short notice and were still able to check in without any problems. The cottage is very nice and cozy. It is secluded in the forest, so it is best to arrive with an all-wheel drive vehicle. The location is very nice and the accommodation offers everything you need for a short vacation. We will be happy to come back.

We were 5 friends in Espens house and enjoyed the quiet open space, the view and all the activities that the house, the dock and the nature offered. Espen was very friendly and communicative. The house and the facilities match the description. We would love to come again.
