Villa holiday rentals in Augusta

We had a great time. It is a beautiful villa and is very well kept. The host was very responsive throughout. She also had some goodies for us upon arrival and did provide great local recommendations. I wish we could stay longer. The best Airbnb we have ever stayed.

Great place! Good and comfortable beds and rooms, a truly beautiful garden/swimming pool/view. A perfect place to relax We had an amazing time and it’s not a complaint, but good to know; you share the swimming pool with the apartment below (had had very nice people there), and there is 1 toilet/bathroom. Again, we didn’t had any issues with it, but just good to know. And yes, I would book it again if I go back to Sicilië.

A lovely, contemporary, comfortable home with great showers and comfortable beds. Our only issue was the distance from Noto, on a challenging road, which was much further than expected. Carlo and Stella went out of their way to respond to our needs.

Perfect - we loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful & quiet spot in Noto, Sicily. The location offers stunning views & a true sense of escape, perfect for unwinding. Roberto, the host, was incredibly responsive & welcoming, making everything feel easy from the moment we booked. A special mention goes to Lucky, the friendly caretaker, & his lovely dog Blanko, who quickly became a highlight of our stay. We loved having little visits from Blanko. While the property feels wonderfully remote, I’d definitely recommend hiring a car to explore the area. It’s a great base for visiting the beautiful town of Noto & the stunning seaside village of Marzamemi. All in all, a peaceful stay & highly recommended.

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

Really beautiful and peaceful house. Big enough for our family of 8 with a wonderful pool (cold but we still made use of it) and a fantastic outdoor kitchen. Best highlight for us- the setting was a gorgeous and peaceful orange farm (best oranges we had ever tasted). We thoroughly recommend Virginia the private cook. As we were off season many restaurants were closed but Virginia cooked for us twice and it was by far the best meals we had in Sicily!

Our stay at this villa in Sicily was nothing short of exceptional. With 14 of us, we were at full capacity, yet the space never felt cramped. There were 2 to each bedroom where we could retreat to, and the communal areas—especially the indoor dining area and expansive outdoor space—were ideal for relaxing and gathering as a group. The villa offered the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern comfort. It felt like an authentic Sicilian experience, without sacrificing any of the amenities we needed. The views were breath-taking, the facilities top-notch, and every detail seemed thoughtfully considered. What truly elevated our stay, though, were the hosts, Alessandra and Toni. I usually prefer a more hands-off approach, but they struck the perfect balance—always available, attentive, and incredibly supportive, without ever being intrusive. Their warmth and care added a personal touch that made all the difference. We truly struck gold with this villa & it’s amazing hosts.

We had an amazing week at Villa Panoramica. Pina was so welcoming and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The villa was spotless and a perfect setting for a great week. The kids (and adults) loved the pool and the views from the terrace is amazing. Pina and her lovely family cooked us dinner one night and it was and unforgettable experience with great food and they made us feel like family. We even spotted some lava from Etna one night on the balcony, a memory for life!

My family and I stayed at Villa Vittorianna for a week in June. The property is beautiful, with panoramic views of Giardini Naxos, the Adriatic Sea + Taormina (from the pool) and Mt. Etna (from the rooftop deck). The surrounding neighborhood had easy access to many excellent restaurants, cafes and beach clubs. Emanuele was a great host and Oli, the local property manager was extremely friendly and responsive. I recommend this stay for anyone looking for a luxurious beach getaway in Sicily. We will remember this week for years to come.

Alberto was a fantastic, friendly host. He gave us reccomendations, booked us a great value return taxi and even taught us how to make pizza! The villa had a breath-taking view and it felt like our own little mountain retreat. The only downside is that the driveway is very steep and long - we had to leave our rental cars at the bottom of the road (and scratched one car from attempting to drive up it!). But, if you're ok with a steep walk up, then don't let it put you off staying in the beautiful location.

This house was one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. We went for a week and a half on a family trip, and it could not have been more incredible. Somehow, the grounds are even more lush and beautiful and spacious than the photos make them look. Incredible views of Mt. Etna and innumerable spots for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Our manager of the property was more like a concierge. Gianluca was more welcoming and helpful than anyone I've encountered in years renting Airbnb places. We will surely be back and can't recommend it highly enough for anyone checking it out!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. The pool was spectacular. The gardens are gorgeous, reminded us of Southern California, and filled with boganvilla, orange trees, palm trees and other beautiful foliage. The pictures don’t do justice to this home. This was the respite from a busy life we so craved. And Fabio, the host, was amazing … responsive and predictive of our every need. We strongly recommend it.

My guests and I loved the place. The property is stunning! It's authentic and somewhat private, that is exactly what we were looking for. Ignazio is a great host and very responsive. Couple of points to next guests: - If you are planning to explore southern Sicily, this is not the best place since roads to get in/out are not the easiest. This is a fantastic place to unwind, relax and disconnect. - The property is shared with caretakers living in the property. Despite they are there to help, and somewhat not much around the shared spaces, it might disrupt the "entire property" / "solo" experience, specially if you are looking for absolute privacy. I loved the property but this was a big point for some of my guests that felt a bit uncomfortable. (this detail is mentioned in the property description).

Gioacchino's garden is a little paradise. Both for our daughter and for us, it was exciting and beautiful to discover the fruits and to harvest and eat ripe fruit and vegetables. In the morning we went to the chicken coop, in the evening we brought the organic waste to the pigs. In between, we went to the pool or to the playground. The house is well thought out - everything you need is there. And a little more (lemon press, blender, etc.) There is a great fruit stand within walking distance, where you can also buy baked goods. A few meters further is the public beach. Unfortunately, it is full and not clean. The beach in the nature reserve is more recommended. But you have to take a walk to get there. But it's worth it. Lido di Noto, Noto and the surrounding towns are great holiday destinations and Gioacchino's house is a recommendation. He himself is very friendly and can be proud of what he has created there. Thanks again for the honey and the papaya!

The house is simply beautiful with great views of the sea and the coast to Taormina and the toe of the mainland. The sunrises are fabulous. The garden is beautifully landscaped and we were also very pleased with the hammock and table tennis table. The lava stone and wood are a great combination outside and inside. There are very comfortable seats and beds as well as insect screens on doors and windows. The Etna Park, Taormina and Catania are easily accessible. Andrea is a great, very attentive and friendly host who gave us a lot of good tips.

This was our second visit and we found it to be the perfect stylish get away. There were some improvements since our last visit including upgraded bathrooms which were greatly appreciated. Once again we found the view from the pool itself to be endlessly fascinating and deeply relaxing. Thank you for hosting us with so much kindness and warmth and making our stay perfect.

Highly recommended! It’s the perfect place to be if you just want to relax peacefully and private. You’ve got everything you need and actually don’t have to leave the property. All in all wonderful stay. Tiziana is a wonderful host. Super friendly and helpful. You could ask anything and got an answer immediately. Our stay at Simona's Sicilian farmhouse was simply perfect. The beautiful house and its serene setting offered ultimate comfort and everything we needed for a truly relaxing break. I adored cooking in the traditional kitchen, unwinding on the balconies with stunning sunsets, lounging by the pool, and strolling through the orange groves. Time seemed to slow down, providing the much-needed escape we craved. Simona was an exceptional host – the most helpful and personable we've encountered, always there when we needed her. We only wish we could have stayed longer! I wholeheartedly recommend this charming farmhouse for anyone seeking a genuine, tranquil base to explore authentic Sicily.

We have had many houses in recent years, but Saro's house had the best standard so far. The rooms are top hotel level. Each room has its own bathroom and there are additional toilets and showers on the ground floor and outside. The furnishings are very high quality overall and the kitchen is also very well equipped, for the specified people. Everything was very pleasant and successful, to enjoy the holiday from the first minutes. The short distance to a great, quiet natural beach is worth mentioning. And here, too, the house has all the necessary equipment, such as parasols and beach chairs. Saro was a great host who was always available and helpful. Likewise, his recommendations for good restaurants or shops. All in all a perfect holiday. Thank you very much, Saro.

Amazing villa and location. Everything is finished to an exceptionally high standard. It’s the perfect place to unwind, with so much to explore and discover nearby. The only note is that the Google Maps pin took us to the wrong location.

Unfortunately, we have to mention the neighbor's dog(s) right away. He barked for hours during the day. The stay in the beautiful outdoor area was considerably clouded by this. It was really a blatant harassment. We urgently need to find a solution together with the neighbor. Otherwise, the villa is simply beautiful and the new extension and the kitchen with new furniture are very tasteful. The many terraces and outdoor areas are perfect. The communication with our host was excellent. Problems have been resolved right away. Great! We really liked the surroundings, especially Ortigia. We would book again immediately if the dogs were not from the neighbor. The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and the upper terrace offers a magnificent view.
