The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people on 45 square meters and is spread over two floors. Upstairs is the cozy, open living and sleeping area. It has a double bed and dresser as well as a sofa with sleeping function and coffee table, desk and armchair. On the ground floor there is the entrance area, kitchen and bathroom. In the entrance area there is a small table overlooking the garden and the castle panorama. The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge, ceramic electric stove, kettle, coffee maker. Enjoy cozy and relaxed evenings by the fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. A washing machine is at your disposal too. They have access to the garden with seating and barbecue facilities.

Romantic forest cottage in the Erzgebirge with a wild magic garden, located directly on the edge of the forest with a view of the Zschopautal. The house is surrounded by untouched nature and lovingly furnished in the Scandinavian style. From the large terrace, you have a wonderful view of the Zschopautal. Behind it rise the hills of the Erzgebirge, which you can hike from the house. The Erzgebirgsbahn takes you to well-known places in the Erzgebirge such as Wolkenstein, Annaberg and Oberwiesenthal.

Kulturhauptstadt '25) , 200 m neben einem Rad - und Wanderweg, welcher in beide Richtungen durch viel Natur in die umliegenden Orte führt o. Wanderungen zu den nahen Schlössern Lichtenwalde und Augustusburg ermöglicht. Die Terrasse und der romantische Garten laden zum frühstücken, grillen und chillen ein 🔆.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

The sleeping area invites you to cozy hours with a large bed and swiveling TV. An extra bed (third person) can be placed in it. The adjoining bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and modern design. Parking is available free of charge on the premises. There is no smoking in the entire house.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the district Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV armchair, flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo system. The couch can be used as a fully-fledged extra bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.
