Absolutely loved our stay at Kinloch - grandparents, their kids, and then their kids and the dog! Such a fantastic warm cosy lodge, will definitely be back! The garden is wonderful, all fenced in, great for the dog, walk down to the loch for a swim, up to the hot tub, then firepit for marshmallows - couldn’t beat it. My favourite Air BnB yet, absolutely loved it 🥰 . Thank you 🙏

We had spent 5 days in the adjacent cottage and we loved it so much we decided we wanted to stay longer and managed to book another 2 days. It was so wonderful and peaceful and property is incredibly well produced. We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. Great location to travel around the highlands. Every drive is more beautiful than the last. The donkeys are the sweetest and the cows are so nice to hear and very curious. The little produce stand had eggs and potatoes to purchase which was great for breakfast before adventuring out. Nice walk into town to the pub and deli, even got to meet Percy the local peacock. Everyone is so very friendly. Robert shared local spots and even where to visit the hairy coos nearby. I am glad we booked this little oasis before the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Cosy cottage with great open fire and fantastic extra of a hot tub! We loved soaking in the warm bubbles and listening to birdsong in the garden.. even when it was raining! Area ok.. but beware not many shops or facilities in Lagan or Dalwhinnie. Matthew was very helpful and responsive to any issues.

great stay at obbe view! gorgeous views and an easy to find location with plenty of space and kitchen amenities. if you are staying in the summer, recommend an eye mask to block out the long hours of sunlight! enjoyed the skylights in the bedrooms for natural lighting. thanks for a great stay.

Very beautiful and modern place to stay. There was nothing to complain about. Everything you want is there. There were even small snacks from the region and a lot of reading material for the area.

Great host and loved the location and accommodation. Garden was great for the dogs and chilling with a beer and beautiful beach 5 minutes across the road. Locals and neighbours were very friendly Travelled to John ‘Groats, The Black Isle and Nairn during our stay. Highly recommend as either a base for touring or just a peaceful break in beautiful unspoilt surroundings.

Beautiful cottage. Felt out of the way but was close to road into portree. Very warm building, bathroom and rooms superb. Would highly recommend and revisit. Visiting sheep was an added bonus!

This is a very comfortable, clean, homely place. It is airy but cosy. Lovely, roomy bedrooms with very comfortable beds and pristine bedding. Close to everything in Cromarty. A really relaxing home from home. Thank you Veronica, for a wonderful weekend

Very cozy home in Luib. There are NO restaurants nearby, either cook at home or eat before you will reach there. Wonderful view from therrace across the Loch to the opposite mountains

The setting is absolutely stunning with incredible views and sheep for neighbours. It was also very handily placed for exploring most of the bits on our wish list (ie the bits practical to do with a three year old). The cottage is very comfortable and well set up, and it was lovely to have a few bits to get us started. Thank you for having us!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Stable Cottage and loved every moment of it. The cottage is beautiful and in the most gorgeous location. Bart and Alexander were so welcoming and the communication both prior, during and after our stay was excellent. As we have two large dogs we really loved having the secure and spacious garden. We loved it so much we are already looking at dates to return next year! 100% recommend staying here, it’s wonderful! Thank you Bart and Alexander! 100% recommend

What a lovely little gem this place is. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is beautiful, wish we had longer to explore. We only used one of the listed restaurants, The Bistro, and although it was a bit pricey- it is worth every penny- the food is amazing. Thank you Emma and Andrew- you have done a great job with this cottage. Good communication and good directions. 😊 Overall- we would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Croft in an amazing location surrounded by a loch and stunning gardens - definitely recommend.

Gorgeous place in a stunning location. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean with amazing views out to the sea. On a clear day you could see the hills of Assynt on the mainland. We visited different places across the island to walk some hills and part of the Hebridean way, which was wonderful. Also explored the area around the cottage, walking to black sandy beach on one side and the lighthouse on the other. Great to have a washing machine in the house with all that walking!

Kim was a wonderful host--she lives right next door with the cutest "wee" dog! The photos do not do this home justice. The home was spacious, beds comfortable and bathroom clean and great water pressure in the showers! Thank you, Kim, for a wonderful stay in Skye! Note: address is a little tricky, put in Claymore House restaurant in your GPS and you won't have any trouble finding her place!
