Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

From here you can quickly get to Bergedorf (15'), Hamburg-City (30'), Lauenburg, Ratzeburg or Lüneburg (40' each). Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

Cozy 1-room apartment with separate entrance & private terrace. Fully equipped kitchenette; lots of extras (oil, vinegar, coffee, tea & more). Small bathroom with shower. A 90 cm wide single bed, extendable to a 180 cm wide double bed. Private entrance, as well as private terrace with seating and views of the countryside. The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family house. We live in the house with our two children, so you will certainly hear us from time to time.

Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

The loft bed invites you to snuggle in, and the new kitchenette offers all the comforts. On your own terrace, you can barbecue or just chill out. The huge garden can be used for relaxing & reading. There is a fireplace, fruit trees, a tree bench & hammocks to relax. The surroundings offer countless great excursion destinations.

Shower room, kitchenette, fully equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine with ironing board, internet, TV with all channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, folding sofa bed, desk, monitor for laptop. Garden and second outdoor dining area, dogs can run freely there. Easy access to cities such as Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg and Greifswald via the surrounding highways. The apartment is located on the southwest side of a large farmhouse from 1883, surrounded by a well-kept garden. It is good to know, especially in these times, that you can access the apartment via your own terrace. This part of the house is completely separated. The spacious apartment with 125 square meters has high ceilings and parquet flooring. The ambiance is modern, individual and has art and collectibles that have been collected together over the years.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.
