Beautiful fully renovated outbuilding, of an old 19th century farmhouse. The cottage is located 15 minutes from the landing beaches, 20 minutes from Bayeux and 1.5 hours from Mont Saint Michel. This is not a luxury home but comfortable. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and another bathroom accessible to all on the second floor. All 3 bathrooms have shower stalls with no bath tub. Kitchen is small, situated on a corner with large windows facing 2 directions where one can look out to left at a small court yard, with a large round table, available to guests and to the right a large public access court yard.

Les Lilas is a small 50 m² house with a small private garden, a south-facing terrace and it is on one level. The American cemetery is less than 2 km away, and the beach is 1.2 km away.
