Nestled in the heart of the Haras d'Etréham, a farmhouse from the beginning of the century, built in Caen stone, will welcome you for an intimate stay. The park, made up of century-old trees, will help you relax and protect you from the heat. Bayeux and Omaha Beach are 10 minutes away and Port en Bessin is 5 minutes away. The absence of nuisance, both sound and agricultural, will guarantee you calm and enchantment. We took over the estate in 2025, formerly known as: Gite "Le Chat L'Heureux"

Typical former farmhouse. House of character, 5 minutes from Omaha beach Detached house renovated in a farmhouse typical Bessin. We chose to keep a countryside spirit at this old farmhouse that does not deny its past. It is a comfortable, authentic house with a rustic character. It has been converted into a country style with antique family furniture, purchased in the auction room or flea market. This house is attached to an unoccupied building, close to our home and another cottage.

"UNE TERRASSE SUR LA MER" welcomes you to Port-en-Bessin, a very active fishing port in Calvados, nicknamed by Françoise Sagan: "The Normandy Saint-Tropez" This authentic fisherman's house (18th century) is quietly located in the first alley of the old port. On foot, you can walk to one of its many restaurants unless you prefer to go directly to the fish market located less than 100 meters away and come back for lunch on its exceptional terrace.

Ce beau gîte avec pierres et poutres apparentes, attenant à la maison des propriétaires (très discrets), est situé à l'étage et bénéficie d'un accès extérieur privatif avec parking. Une partie du jardin est dédiée aux locataires. La plage d'Omaha Beach et le cimetière commémoratif américain (Colleville sur Mer) sont accessibles en 3 min en voiture. Une vélo maritime permet d'accéder à la plage à pied ou à vélo en une vingtaine de minutes.

The "Villa les Mouettes" is an Anglo-Norman style family house, accommodating up to 9 people. It will be an excellent base for a stay with family, friends or a couple; the Chemin des Fossés Taillis provides access to Omaha Beach in about ten minutes on foot. The location also allows you to visit all the landing sites and enjoy the tranquility of the Normandy countryside.

The flat, located on the first floor of our house, is the perfect balance between authenticity and modernity. Warm and rich colors and high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable Queen-size bed and modern shower room are the great allies for your stay with us. The apartment is not adapted for young children.
