Designed for long outdoor days and warm, unhurried evenings under open skies. Historic stone walls surround floodlit gardens, offering a private, peaceful setting. Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and a classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-ended pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, and prices are held from 2025.

Very quiet self contained Gite near Eymet and Duras. Set in 10 acres of land. Open plan with main bedroom + double sofa bed (within living area). 12 mins from Eymet and 10 mins from Duras. Ideal for house hunting couples. This accommodation is not suitable for more than 2 adults, but two small children could be accommodated on the sofa bed. The gite is attached to a house, and adjacent to our house. Shared use of the pool. Please note, pool now closed until May 2025 Sorry no dogs.
