Small apartment by the forest

In an old country house a little off the beaten track, you will find a small kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, a cozy living room with dining area and a bedroom with a double bed on 60 square meters. Not suitable for children. In front of the apartment is a fenced area where your dog can run freely. There is a beach chair and garden furniture available to linger. A beautiful forest directly opposite invites you to stroll. It is about 6 km to Aurich, and you can reach the North Sea in about 30 minutes.

Our lovingly furnished apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom is located in a historic East Frisian workers' house from 1928. It is located on the outskirts of Aurich and is therefore both close to the city and close to nature. You will feel comfortable in our cozy loft apartment. You live quietly - in the middle of the countryside - and yet you are just a few steps across the beautiful Schlossplatz in the city center with many small shops and restaurants. The harbor with bicycle and boat rentals, the swimming pool with a large sauna area, one of the most beautiful cinemas in Germany, the walking and cycling paths along the canal and through the surrounding fields and pastures are right on the doorstep.

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Look forward to your stay in the former miller's house, which has been sustainably renovated and stylishly furnished to offer a place to feel good. Due to the central location, you can reach the cozy pedestrian zone of Aurich in about a 15-minute walk. A supermarket, restaurants and bakeries are in the immediate vicinity. Excursion destinations such as the Egelser Forest (2 km), a lake with a wakeboarding facility (9.5 km) and the North Sea (30 km) are easily accessible!

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The Buchbar is bookable and is an original Mongolian yurt that stands in a 2000-square-meter natural garden. It immediately takes the guest to another distant world and lets him sleep, as in a palace from 1001 and a night. In the book bar there are approx. 200 picture books for the little guests and a substantial book box for adults to browse, view and read and to borrow.

We rent our cute vacation home in Aurich / East Frisia in an idyllic and quiet location, 3 kilometers from downtown. Although the former bakery is only 22 m², it is lovingly and extensively equipped. Combined living and bedroom with fitted kitchen, toilet with shower and covered (not visible) terrace and garden area with garden furniture, grill, sun loungers.
