Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The chalet is located in the village center. In 5 minutes by foot you can reach: a village shop, inn, bus stop, swimming pool. It is a 15-minute walk to the river. In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

3Chalets: feel-good luxury in the Brandnertal - chalet 2

Chalet 2 can host up to four persons. It has a living room with fireplace, a dining area with adjoining terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a ski room, an outdoor sauna with an outdoor relaxation area. An electric vehicle can be charged in the carport. All areas of the chalet are exclusively available for our guests of Chalet 2. There is free WiFi and 2 TVs with satellite reception and access to streaming offers (use own codes)

Baers Mountain Stay

The accommodation Baers Mountain Stay, with private terrace and barbecue, free private parking and free Wi-Fi, is centrally located at the foot of the Arlberg, in close proximity to the Arlberg, Montafon and Brandnertal. The apartment has a bedroom for three people, a kitchenette with a stove, kettle and toaster, a sitting area, a nice shower, toilet, a hairdryer and a washing machine. Towels and linens are provided.
