The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms are super clean. The entrance area exudes a special atmosphere, with a mixture of traditional elements and modern accents. The location is perfect – quiet, yet central and easily accessible. Particularly noteworthy is the delicious breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired. It was a great experience all around, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended! Another stay will follow.

Kristin's B&B is an amazing place to stay. Kristin is the best host ever. The bedroom was wonderful, with a nice balcony and clean! The breakfast was excellent and extensive. Highly recommended!

Friendly hosts, Good hearty breakfast, Room normal or somewhat rustic but comfortable, clean and tidy, High-quality and new bathroom. Depending on the location of the rooms, nice views. For us, highly recommended as a weekend trip. I'd love to come back.

A very cute little place which is spic and span and well-maintained. The lobby and cute little hangout area was so vintage and cottage core. The view of the mountains was so picturesque. Our host was very friendly and kind. She gave us all local recommendations from restaurant to activities. If I come back to Abtenau I’ll be staying here again. She even accommodated our dog.

Short stay of 2 nights on our journey. Nice, beautiful location with lots of amenities and activities nearby. Room was clean and met expectations.

The thing i liked the most that when she knew i was a Muslim, on breakfast she was proactive and give me turkey instead of pork. Really appreciate it!! Plus she was friendly and respectful!

The view from rooms was stunning. Claudia was very personable and accommodating. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. The room and bathroom were very clean. A guesthouse that I definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed it. The place offers many refreshments and the connection via the federal road to the ski resorts in the Zillertal is very good. The room was absolutely sufficient for one person. Slightly clairvoyant as they are simple room doors. After a busy day of skiing, you can stay at the inn for dinner. A sufficiently large ski room is also available. All in all, I felt comfortable.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the windows on the surrounding mountains, valleys, and villages. Very clean and nicely renovated, and the theatrical theme makes this place truly a unique stay. The rooms are well equipped and very well designed, making you feel comfortable and making the room feel spacious and modern. A great place - highly recommend it!

Maria is super warm and a wonderful host. Rooms are cozy, conveniently furnished. Bathroom was quite new. Breakfast offered a wide selection. If something was actually missing, you could express the wish and it would be fulfilled

The room is small but clean and corresponding to the description, perfect to spend a night during a road travel. We enjoyed breakfast included with the room. Approved.

Super great stay, with a lovely host! Truly the nicest and sweetest host we’ve ever met. The room was beautiful and very clean. The rooms are very quiet and you can blind the rooms for a perfect nights sleep. Would really recommend anyone to stay here.

Alexandra place is trully beautiful and stunning location, very restful and refreshing. Alexandra was very helpful warm and generous. Responded promptly to my many questions. We had interesting conversations. The room was very comfortable spacious and beautifully decorated... It was just what I needed. The yoga room, the cool pool and the quiet sit out looking at the mountains was serene, energising and uplifting. I wished i could have stay longer than three nights. I hope to revisit and stay longer. It important to remember that that there are no shops close by, so planning your shopping and food is essential. Alexandra was very helpful in driving me to the supermarket. I throughly enjoyed my stay :)

Melanie was really kind, already communicated with us before the stay, prepared the documents, we knew what and how. That was great. Breakfast was also great, when we had something different every morning (and according to our wishes in advance!) and we always met Melanie. It was very nice, we also liked the room, it must be even more beautiful in the summer. The place where the guesthouse is is beautiful!

We had a cozy studio (5) with a kitchenette. And how nice that we had a small balcony where we could have a wonderful breakfast and enjoy the beautiful view in the evening. That is why they did not use their very cozy living room. We were very hospitably received and they would like to help you make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is also easy to communicate online. And how fantastic it was that with such warm weather there was also a beautiful swimming pool, with a beautifully landscaped spot to enjoy the view on a bed. With the joker card as the icing on the cake. We have therefore often used these. It was all great, very enjoyable. Thank you!!
