The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. Great mountain hikes straight from the yard, beautiful bathing water nearby and nice safe bike paths in the area. Possibility of 5 beds (2 + 1 and 2): - Bedroom: 140cm bed with the possibility of extra bed. - Living room: 120cm closet bed Hallway with underfloor heating, shoe dryer and drying cabinet. ! A cozy cottage with an ocean view in a tranquil island, a place where you can start to explore the beauty of Vesterålen. My husband and I started our project in 2017 and finished it in the end of July 2024. I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. Stedet mitt ligger ca. 2 km utenfor sentrum av Svolvær. Det tar ca. 15 - 20 minutter å gå fra Svolvær sentrum til mitt sted.
