Bike rides along the Yonne or swimming at Migennes beach to enjoy and discover the landscape ... The house with small terrace overlooking the garden includes a chbre, living room, flat screen TV, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. This place to stay has summer-winter air conditioning.

Built in the second half of the 19th century, this mansion of 340 m2 is built on a plot of 1.4 hectares. 5 large bedrooms upstairs (between 15 and 30 m2 ) + a circulation room (without door) on the ground floor with sofa bed. A library lounge with herringbone flooring, a large dining room, and a large lounge with pool table and stella star table football. There is the possibility to add mattresses in all bedrooms and there is also a bencher bed in the 1st living room.

Ou 'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Former stone flour mill, the property is located on a plot of 2 hectares including 1 hectare of water (water body NOT secured). Swimming and fishing are not allowed. The walks in the park will offer you the calm and silence of a sometimes century-old nature. Enjoy this haven of peace for a weekend, a stay with family. It is also possible to rent the Moulin in the year from September 1st to June 30th.

"Blue House": rural gîte with pool

The blue house is part of an old 18th century farmhouse (the other buildings being unoccupied during your stay). This house has been completely renovated recently, and offers three bedrooms (one independent) for 8 people, a beautiful secure pool, a large enclosed and wooded garden, as well as a large barn (table tennis, foosball table) In the heart of a peaceful village, any excessive noise (a fortiori at night) during the stay is forbidden.

The Convent of Ormes

Built in 1820, the Couvent des Ormes was first a religious school. Some signs bear witness to this, such as the cross on the facade or the unfinished fresco in the old classroom. Then a summer camp, then an artist's studio, the Convent is now a unique and peaceful residence, ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, teleworking, relaxing by the pool and sharing good times together, in the sun, in the forest or by the fireplace.
