Holiday rentals with beach access in Aveiro

En el apartamento de Cristine estuvimos encantados, es tal como se presenta en las fotografías, la limpieza excelente, tiene de todo, las camas y almohadas excepcionales. Está en una zona tranquila dando hacia un parque solo se escuchaban los pájaros. Tiene una terraza maravillosa con mobiliario para poder estar todo el día al aire libre, eso era lo que buscábamos y tuvimos mucha suerte con el tiempo. La playa a cinco minutos. Cristine super amable recomendándonos los sitios para comer (muy buenas elecciones). No conocía la zona, me encantó, la playa, el paseo, Aveiro, Costa Nova con su mercado de pescado para perderte. Espero repetir. Gracias Cristine por todo.

Estive realizando um estágio na Universidade de Aveiro e fiquei durante 3 meses no studio do Mário. O studio e’ moderno e novo com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia longa ou curta. Fica muito bem localizado e na região central de Aveiro, perto de mercados, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes e vários pontos turísticos, sendo possível fazer todos os passeios a pé. Mário e Frederico foram grandes anfitriões dando atenção desde os esclarecimentos para a reserva, durante a estadia e no check out. Sem dúvida o custo-benefício valeu a pena e quando retornar a Aveiro pretendo ficar no local.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Several windows gave great views of the gondolas on the canal. Light filled the apartment during tne day but highly effective blackout blinds made sleeping at night a pleasure. We didn't have a car but everything was within walking distance. Walking back and forth to the train station took about 20 minutes each way. The bus stop to catch the public bus to the beach at Costa Nova is just a short walk from the apartment. Both Ely and Fatima were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would love to return some day.

Amazing place to have a relax stay, very comfortable for 2 couples, close to the beach an lots of good restaurant options. It is on the ground floor and there is a great outside space to have breakfast and also a barbecue is available. Pedro is a really nice guy always available to help.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Casita scheint einen Fabel für Leuchttürme zu haben, was wir sehr charmant fanden. Es ist nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Wir hatten ein paar kühlere Tage dort, was aber mit den Heizungen angenehm ausgleichen konnten. Wir haben uns Aveirro und Costa Nova angesehen uns auch eine Abstecher in das innere des Landes gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Casa maravilhosa, anfitrião acessível e simpático. Devido a restrições de trânsito deu nos a opção de sair um bocadinho mais tarde! Recomendo vivamente!

Adoramos a casa , fomos em Família e curtimos cada cantinho. Além de toda a história e memória que a casa representa , fica em uma ótima localização, precisamos dividi-la com os Turistas que ficam Tirando fotos. A área da cozinha e banheiros renovados e equipados . Mesmo com dias um pouco nublado e alguma chuva aproveitamos bastante e nos Divertimos em Família.

Todo correcto como se publicaba en el anuncio. El apartamento de muy buenas dimensiones, mucho espacio, y muy bien situado. La puerta de entrada tiene una contraseña, con lo cual no tienes que estar pendiente de recibir una llave y de entregarla al irte. En la cocina dispones de un rincón para cafés e infusiones, todo un detalle.

Logement spacieux, très joli. Idéal pour ceux et celles qui aiment profiter de la plage. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Fantastic location and the house has everything you need. So many great touches I did not expect like bodyboard, toys, bbq etc Kitchen was stocked with coffee etc and had all the utensils for a great family feast.

Family of 9 we spent 3 days at the property. Paddleboard, Visited Barra, Costa Nova fish market, Aveiro and long beach walks. would recommend.

It's very large, cozy and warm house, thought out to the smallest detail. The feeling that I came to visit my family did not leave me for a minute. Here you will find absolutely everything: from coffee capsules and a dishwasher to bottles of water and treats from the owners. The location of the house is excellent, both for cars and without them. We walked to the beach on foot across the bridge in 20 minutes. There is a large grocery store intermach nearby. You can always call a taxi to Aveiro. A special love of this house is the sunsets that can be seen in the kitchen and the backyard where the chickens walk. My children asked to feed the chickens with bread and were just happy. The owners themselves are very nice, kind and always ready to help, they explained everything about the house, how to heat it, in great detail and clearly. We will definitely come back to this house again. I would gladly stay here to live longer. Thanks to the owners for such comfort in the house, this

Gute, ruhige Wohnung in der 3. Etage eines Wohnkomplexes, die mit mehreren Personen ausreichend Platz und Komfort bietet. Wir haben die Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon sehr genossen. Der Wohnkomplex ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber dennoch tolle Annehmlichkeiten wie das Hallenbad, Fitnessgeräte, Sauna. Gerade das Hallenbad im Spätherbst ist toll. Ausreichend gute Restaurant sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind vorhanden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Vom Nachbarort kann man alternativ mit dem Zug nach Porto fahren.

Un apartamento de 10! Todo prácticamente a estrenar, las terrazas inmejorables con tumbonas y sillas cómodas, y la vivienda con todo detalle. Sandra es una anfitriona cariñosa y atenta, pendiente de que nuestra estancia sea perfecta.. Las tardes de bruma las hemos podido suplir con disfrutar del maravilloso sofá y terraza. I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Marina muy atenta, nos dejó salir más tarde para aprovechar un rato de la mañana en la playa. Además de dejarnos flores naturales preciosas y un par de botellas de agua. Todo realmente fenomenal. Tenía un menaje muy completo para una familia de 4/5 personas; e incluso aceite, vinagre y sal, aunque nosotros no lo usamos pero se agradece qué lo tengan. Muchas gracias.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Rosa's Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Aussicht aufs Meer einfach atemberaubend.
