The Seagull Beach House - sea and lighthouse right there!!

Apartment next to the Lighthouse, in a pedestrian zone, 20 meters from the sand. Excellent views of the beach and entrance to the Port of Aveiro. Surrounded by restaurants and terraces. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The kitchen, bright and well-equipped, has an induction cooktop and oven, washing machine and dishwasher, coffee maker and dining table. Very spacious room. The perfect location for a beach holiday. Now with elevator!!!!

The house is 3 steps from the beautiful Costa Nova beach, with its typical colorful houses. The apartment has been renovated and is in great condition. The market, with fresh seafood, is a 5-minute walk. The famous Costa Nova tripes with chocolate next to Ria are right next door as well as a wide range of restaurants. The city of Aveiro, with its canals and points of interest for tourists, is a mere 10 minutes by car. It's the perfect spot for a great vacation.

Very cosy apartment in Praia da Barra, Aveiro. One bedroom apartment located on the beach front line right next to Farol da Barra which is the highest lighthouse in Portugal. There is a terrace on top of the building and also a restaurant on the ground floor. There are also shops and restaurants around the area and the beach is just right outside the door.
