Our ground floor apartment is located close to the shoreline of the Aveiro lagoon (Ria de Aveiro) in São Jacinto. It's only steps away from this quaint fishing village's harbor promenade. For visits by bike, bus, or car to downtown Aveiro or Ilhavo, or to the beach communities of Barra and Costa Nova, the ferry terminal (São Jacinto - Forte da Barra) is only a short walk away. São Jacinto's unspoiled beaches and the São Jacinto Dunes Nature Reserve are within comfortable walking distance.

There is a swimming pool that is heated from May 1 to October 15. There is a gym with a rowing machine, squat cage, ski ergometer and small equipment such as wall balls, sandbags, kettlebells etc, a ping pong table and a petanque court. All these spaces are to be shared with a maximum of 6 other people.
