Brand new apartment-Loft in the heart of the city, ground floor with independent entrance. Bright, on a quiet street in the city. the building, housing this unique loft for 2 persons, dates back to 1926 and was rebuilt in 2009, the apartment in 2019. Refurbished completely with all modern comfort. Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground.
